Nice little cafe - there was no food as the kitchen is out of action. This is the rough end of town so best to park as close to the place as possible. Very nice inside with a cosy little terrace which would be perfect on a hot day.

I’ve visited procaffeinate a good few times so my opinion isn’t made up from a one time bad experience. This place is quite frankly, filthy. The chairs, the floor, the tables are always dirty, the doorhandles which is something i personally notice look like a breeding ground of bacteria. I’ve never once seen any one clean up anywhere other than behind the counter. The staff are lovely and i understand this is intended to be a relaxed boho kind of cafe but there is no excuse for this level of dirt. A relaxed atmosphere is nice but this place seems so relaxed they forget that it is a business and no customer wants to sit, have a coffee and get up covered in crumbs and drips from other peoples food and drinks. The sweet treats always look great and sometimes they are, but other times their cakes and brownies are so stale i worry that they’ve sat in the exact same spot i saw them the week before. I feel as if a health inspector dropped in for an unscheduled inspection this place would be condemned, which would be such a huge shame as it has great potential. Please please improve hygiene and cleanliness - soft furnishings may look nice but in a cafe they’re a lot more trouble than they’re worth and if they are part of the design they need deep cleaning and upkeep. It’s not hard to wipe down a table after a customer has left especially when nearly all of the tables are a mere few meters away from the counter. Sweeping the floor in such a small space would be such a quick and easy task. I don’t want to see procaff closed down or loose business, i want to see it improve and level up! So i really hope this review doesn’t fall on deaf ears.

I've tried it a few times and didn't get lucky, although some friends have always highly recommended the place.Drinks are good and food is normal, but I had issues with my order being late more than once (3 out of 4 times I've been there).Although the food has arrived in a reasonable time, it took 30 min or more to get my coffee and we had finish eating by the time we had our coffees (after complaining about the delay).Definitely keep an eye on timing when ordering anything. One time they did give us a free coffee (voucher) due to the delay, but still, that doesn't justify it.

Absolutely love this place, I have been here for coffee in the day and also rented the basement bar out for an event and everything was perfect. The bar below the coffee shop is beautiful, such a dreamy little venue and the service was just second to none. Can't thank the people who helped me organise this enough - I'd never done anything like it before and I was probably a pain in their butt, but they made everything so beautiful and easy. Thank you!!

The food was tasty but the service was a bit haphazard. The staff were friendly but despite the cafe being quiet (late morning visit) our table wasn’t clean, we had to ask for a cloth twice to wipe the table. Maybe they’d had a busy morning?

We had an amazing time at Procaffeinate for my mums 75th birthday and my daughters 21st. The food was really good the bar staff were amazing and it was just the perfect chilled out vibe we were looking for. Thank you so much !

My partner ordered our coffees here, and as I have a dairy allergy, he is always very particular when ordering with alternative milk. Coffees arrived, and he received a babycino instead of a cappuccino, and mine was made with cows milk. Luckily, I only took a sip. However, when we addressed the waiter about this, he made it out to be our fault that my partner hadn't made it clear I was allergic. I haven't had to state this anywhere before because I've received what was ordered. If I order a drink with oat or coconut milk, etc, I expect to receive it.We both found him very rude, then he passed the buck over to another colleague to make fresh coffees and bring them out to us.

Came here a couple days ago for brunch with my family and had the most amazing time!! We sat in their gorgeous downstairs area and had the hummus slice which was delicious. We would like to give great thanks to our sever Kira who gave the best service we’ve experience in a long time as she was kind and considerate to our every need. We shall definitely be returning

The best veggie breakfast in town, without doubt. Excellent quality and beautifully presented. Unique setting too.

Place needs a deep clean, sticky messy floors , seating and tables, cobwebs and dust everywhere, very tied place needs a revamp, Shame as drinks were nice. Charge you 10% service charges on every order not compulsory. My tip is get deep cleaning!

came here with my wife and 2 young daughters. After more than half an hour had to ask about what had happened with my food only to find out they had completely forgotten my order to then been told with a very poor apology that they were not serving food anymore… this place is run in a very disorganised manner by what appear to be teenagers. Sad cause it was a great place before.
