Horrible person you’ve hired for night time at the shop. I’ve had a pretty bad interaction with him never even meeting him before. 3 times in 3 consecutive nights! Man should be fired if he hates his job and interacting with others so much.

This is my most local Yodel drop off spot and they seem to constantly have intermittent problems with their scanner and ‘printer issues’. The problems seemto coincide with when the person behind the till can’t be bothered to assist customers and would much rather make loud phone calls on speakerphone - much like the below negative reviews when they can’t be bothered to serve coffee to paying customers etc. It is really frustrating when trying to send parcels. I also fuel up here regularly so I’m not just using the parcel shop only! Yodel please look at removing your services from this shop as they are not performing the service as sold.

Night employees are unpleasant and it seems like they don’t want to sell. The last two times there have resulted in a lack of respect. I don't recommend and I won't go there anymore.

I was there fueling up my motorbike and the guy didn't let me refill it because was asking me to remove my helmet despite it was a modular helmet and my face was clearly visible. He insisted anyway so I left, it's much more expensive than Asda in Rugby road anyway. Never again.

I wanted to drink a coffee at 3:00 in the morning, and the staff lied to me that the machine was not working! He didn't want to serve me even though I saw that the machine was working!

As usual when they scan your loyalty card it doesn't registered it. Few times I had vouchers for different amounts off fuel, upon scanning the machine doesn't deduct the amount. Just promises that I'll be sorted out on the next visit. And this morning trying to pump my tyres, I was charged for the service just to find out that the machine is out of order. Pathetic place, just shut it down
199.9p / litre for diesel? How long before it's 200.9p?Thank you to Shell for their response.For cheaper Shell fuel go to Kenilworth Shell, where they are able to match an independent local service station, (which is also cheaper than several supermarkets?).

Just called to ask if it’s open 24 hours because I’ve just had bad experiences in the past where on Google it says 24hours and it isn’t actually 24hours. And I didn’t want a wasted journey. Guy on the phone rude as hell. Never answered my question. What a toss pot honestly.
