Looks great in there since it's been done up. The staff were friendly and helpful, they had everything in for my perfect sub (gluten free bread and vegan cheese) and weren't stingy on salad.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian and vegan optionsDietary restrictions: Gluten free available

Whole place was poorly lit and food counter was barricaded with chairs and tables obviously for the social distancing purposes but it was so hard to pick what to have for the sandwiches as needing to go nearer the counter to see, not of great help for children and short people like me. Foods all look dull like no effort was done at all. And staff today were not helpful. So rude and so unhappy being there. Never will come back again! Will stick to the brighter subway where we usually go in Warwick where we live.

Called in yesterday.Girl serving could not seem to hear me properly. I realised she had given me the wrong bread - I never eat white. I could'nt be bothered to change it as she'd put the filling on.(That's on me - sure they would have changed it) - Just an awkward experience.The counter is so high and she was very petite.

Came in earlier for a subway, and despite it being busy the black haired girl who served me was lovely and polite. The sandwich was the best I’ve had from that subway, and will definitely be returning

Great location round the corner from the station so grab a sub on the way home, Dan's always quick and efficient at serving and seeing if we require anything else. Highly recommend

Food was okay, just standard subway. But the lady serving us couldn't even crack a welcoming smile. No welcoming tone to her voice at all and mostly just seemed fed up with being there and fed up with customers. I even tried making conversation about what a lovely day it was just to be ignored. I usually use the one on Warwick Street, but I was at the bottom of town. Next time I'll just walk back to the top of town if I fancy a sandwich.

This store has been regularly selling meatball subs with less than the required meatballs set by Subway. I can only assume they are doing this to make extra profit from its customers. I think it’s disgusting how they think they can mislead costumers and skim toppings out off their subs Worst and most dishonest Subway you’ll ever enter. Stay well clear
