This Subway is for me, a high Stakes opportunity to grab dinner on the way home without missing my bus. This time I had only 4 minutes, and they were closing up, but the young man was friendly, and efficient. Getting me on my bus in 4 minutes.

I just ordered two subs from delivero and the subs look empty as shown in the pictures. There’s hardly any veggies and cheese. Worst subway ever!!

We had placed an order for a specific time to pick up. We were then called up and told that they had closed to till and would not be able to process our order and for us to go on the Subway app to get a refund (as the order had been processed on the app). At this point we were parked nearby the store. We asked how to get to refund and the staff member said they did not know, but we would need to get a refund and then the call was ended.We then decided we would go to another branch to try our luck. When I got to the other branch, I receive a missed call from this branch asking if we had got our refund, and we hadn’t as we were trying to work this out. They said that they could in fact process the order. At this point I was frustrated and had asked why this option was not offered to us before, and the staff member did not have much to say to this. We decided to go back and get the food as we had paid.The staff member was not apologetic at all for sending us round in circles. We had placed the order 1.5 hours before closing time, but they had closed the till at 4pm but were due to close at 5pm according to google. (We wouldn’t have placed an order so close to closing time if we knew)When I went to collect the food they did not have some items we wanted. Instead of them offering alternatives I was asking them?I don’t think I’d go back here, yes the food was warm and mostly what we wanted, but we were massively let down by the customer service.

Tried a sandwich from the new menu 'Big bombay' very delicious and the staff who served us were excellent...... Highly recommended

Avoid! Really bizarre subway where none of the menu is the typical menu. They simply said I couldn’t have the meat that I wanted as a main, it was a flat out no. They were talking in front of customers in another language, yet still could talk perfect English. Have the decency to talk English in front of customers, it’s entirely rude & lacks common courtesy.

All the tables & floor were filthy. Had to clean a table to sit down at. Asked 3 times for tables to be cleaned. Just met with a rude 'yeah yeah'. Busy chatting in between customers. Not very busy and no wonder. Will never go near the place again.

Very unfortunate to write a bad review about subway but staff closed the subway before it’s time and they did not listen to me .
I ordered on the Uber app a footlong meatball sub and they delivered a 6inch. I was so upset:( I went on my break at work and rang them. They didn’t pickup till the third try and then they would not listen to what I was saying! Then they put down the phone. I tried to ring back but they sent me to voicemail. Not cool, you owed me another 6inch

What is the point of making a pickup APP order if my meal cannot be prepared in time. I would have queueueueueued like others. However staff is friendly and apologized for the delay. Portion is smaller indeed compared to a neighboring branch but probably they just follow the standard.

Staff were friendly and service was pretty quick.The food is nice though the portion sizes (fillings) are small.Didn't feel particularly clean though rated high on food hygiene standards.Quite small store, limited space if you are eating in the tables and chairs are close together.Also there is a very large step with no ramp which can make it difficult for some people to enter/exit.
