This place used to be fairly busy a couple of years ago and now it is mostly empty. Good location for drinks, however the food choices and quality have gone downhill. The Mexican and Noodle places are average at best, the burger and Greek stalls are tastier. Overall not a bad place, but will need more work on the food quality and atmosphere front.

Tried to get served at the bar for around 20 minutes. Gave up and left.

Used to really enjoy this place, had a great concept and great food, saldy the vendors keep changing and what we get now in food is very poor quality compared to what they used to have. Cheap ingredients and cheap cooking methods resulting in bland, boring and horrid food, with the exception of the burger place. the mexican place actually made me ill, rancid quesdillas. As for the drinks service, ordered and paid for premium rum and gin, was then told they don't have those, and was given the cheaper alternatives, without them even offering to give me back the difference. You can tell they don't care about standards anymore, especially for the food, they only care about catering to students through the daytime coffee shop and breakfast. This is obvious as that's all they advertise on their instagram. Really sad how much this place has gone down hill. Used to be so much better.

The coffee's good. Lots of space between tables, so good for meetings, or if you need to park a

Unreal communication from the bouncers. I’m permitted entry by one bouncer, head to the corner shop and return, only for another bouncer to refuse me, saying that tracksuits aren’t permitted. Well, you could imagine my shock and betrayal! I then had to message the 5 people I was with to bring me my things and leave. Amazing communication guys! Thanks for having me for 20 minutes

Congratulations – on a website that does not work, food ordering system which is too complex, 6pm food did not start until after 6.15, food was not properly prepared. Turned up with a large group for chat and early dinner. Food people turned up after 6.15 to prepare the various sections. No ordering on them and no obvious way to see how to order any food. Discovered that one is supposed to scan the icon on your table with your Android or iPhone to get a link to a website on which you can place orders - a bit of a problem for customers without a suitable mobile. Placed on order for a Wrap on El Presidente, but they needed details for the card details instead of Google Wallet. So, I needed to get my card and glasses, and then found that the area was too dark to actually read it, so it was a case of using the phone to light up the card. Eventually the wrap arrived – partially warmed up and obviously straight from a frozen item. So, not a place I would recommend in its current status.

Amazing atmosphere when we visited, Drinks are great and the have so much choice when it comes to the food is excellent! Easy to use app to order food, and staff were really friendly. Plenty of food not tried yet, so will definitely be back.

If you're coming here for coffee or drinks they're always nice, the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant, and the service tends to be rather friendly, but I really hope to see the quality of the food improved.I've sent one food item back in my life, but a few months ago I ordered a lasagna that took about 50 minutes to receive and when I did receive it, it was inedible (undercooked, missing ingredients, 50% greasy slime, some bites cold, others piping hot). I contacted the restaurant and they refunded me, which I am grateful for. I figured that I would give this place another shot. Previously, I had been offered the Detroit-style pizza by friends who were sorry to taste/see my lasagna and I loved that pizza! I ordered the pizza today, which is still listed on the menu as Detroit-style, and received an undercooked, poorly-assembled thin crust pizza (Detroit-style is not thin crust). I have no qualms with frozen pizza at home, but receiving what is clearly a frozen pizza, in the state it was handed to me in, and at a restaurant price point isn't acceptable. Additionally, my friend ordered a burrito and I had to share my sad pizza with her, because she couldn't stomach what she ordered. Neither of us are picky eaters, so I feel this says a lot.

Food is crazy overpriced, chicken strips were overcooked and dry and portion was absolutely tiny for the price, had to rely on the hot honey for flavourPizza was as dense as you like and massively overpriced (also cheese was burnt) This place is 100% style over substance, no wonder it’s empty on a Friday night

Food was tasty which we enjoyed. However room way too cold making it a little uncomfortable for a meal.

No thought for customers at all. The service was really slow, the food was very average, and 45 minutes for service is just too long. You have to pay in advance so you've got no comeback. Don't bother with this place!
