Went to Turtle bay on the 2nd Dec and unfortunately the atmosphere was quiet with the food being good. HOWEVER, Hattie was fantastic and was able to keep the drinks flowing making the overall day enjoyable. Well done Hattie!

The food was yummy, but the quantity was scarce. It was shocking to discover at 11.30pm that we had to leave the restaurant before midnight, New Year's Eve...people had to celebrate the new year outside in the rain. Furthermore, the restaurant is too cold, I kept my jacket on all night long.

Had the best New Years Eve here with my mates. Staff were fantastic, who all looked after us. Saw the New Year in, the whole place had an atmosphere and the vibes were there all night into first thing when the clock struck 12. Also, a bargain at £50 for that bottomless dinner. Food was delicious, drinks were flowing. Well done all.

Home delivery:The food is generally good; however, it is the second time in a row that I've received my food cold. I feel the restaurant should ensure that the delivery company they use handles their orders with care and provides containers to keep the food warm. There's nothing more frustrating than ordering food, especially when you're unwell, and having to warm it up. Otherwise, the food itself is enjoyable.

Excellent personable service. Hattie was quick to assist when required, so no complaints here.Food wise the burger was lacking slightly. A smidge dry/bland, certainly compared to one I'd eaten in TB Blackburn just the week before. When the food is done right at Turtle Bay it's a really tasty choice!Drinks are good value for money as usual.Great atmosphere.

I very rarely write reviews. But this place is amazing. Me and my daughter popped in for food. The staff were brilliant, service was quick no waiting around for food. And the meal was gorgeous, lots of flavour and hands down the best chicken I have had in a restaurant in a long long time. The only thing I wish is that the coconut rice had a bit more flavour to it. Aside from that fab. We shall defo be back again.

Our server Kyle, was one of the best servers we’ve ever had! Friendly, polite, efficient and is a great advocate for a Turtle Bay. It was a particularly busy time, with lots of demanding customers. However, he remained calm and courteous at all times. We will definitely return and hope he’s there to serve us! Thank you for a lovely evening x

This was a fantastic bar for cocktails, presenting a menu with a strong range and the rich colourfulness carries a Caribbean vibe! The speaker decorations boost the atmosphere and staff were friendly, particularly a man who served me I can't remember the name think it was Jack and this on 25th November when he was very patient in discussion while getting ready for my cocktail. Me and my friend made usage on the 2 for 1 offer on Trop It Like It's Hot, a catchy name playing off the Snoop Dogg song and it was out of this world even looking alien!
