It’s my birthday today and wanted to eat dinner here. So my husband went in to secure a table whilst I waited in the car. The waiter told him that’s fine. My husband said he was coming back as he was coming to help me out the car as I’m pregnant with our toddlers. Came back inside in under 2 minutes, the waiter had given our table to someone else! Now there was no other tables available. Kids were kicking off as they were hungry. Rubbish service seeing as the waiter was very nonchalant about it! First and last time there.

Set in a unique location. Staff were very friendly and Rosie was particularly nice to chat to and had a very helpful suggestion when trying to order Cha Han which wasn't on the menu.

We visit Wagamama in other towns, Leamington building seems a bit odd, like a temporary wall built across the old hotel ballroom. Quite soulless, really. There were three of us, and two had finished eating by the time the third meal came out. No one asked if we wanted more to drink or desserts. No wonder the restaurant group is losing money.

Premium beef was tasty but the overall price for rice and noodle dishes is not justified!Glad I tried it but would not eat there again!

We were greeted with a friendly welcome. I decided to try something different and ordered a dish which was too spicy for me ( completely my fault) the Team remade ( new ingredients etc) the dish less spicy for me and it was done on quick time. I offered to pay for the error but they only charged us for the two meals. Great customer service . ??

In a word, disappointed. We're fans of Wagamamas & haven't been to this lovely building for a while. We came here today & everything was off. From the person who greeted us & gave us the table right next to the breezy door, to the service staff eating on the floor, to watching the chefs eat in the kitchen & having to ask for the usual crate which contains the cutlery, seasoning & soy sauce. We both had to add an unholy amount of seasoning to our lukewarm meals to make it palatable. Really, really bad. Also my Yaki Udon was only full of red peppers & leeks, not 1 piece of chicken or prawn in sight. Won't be coming here again.

Thank you for delis food and service today. My son said you went out of the way to cater for his dietary requirements and this was the first time he and my husband had been. We Will be back again.

A good place for some south Asian food. Staff are friendly and located at the City Centre. Definitely try the Ramen. Good choice of veggie options now available in the menu.

Although the service was prompt but the food was ....ordinary. I have eaten before traditional Japanese cuisine, and the one I had wasn't...Close to traditional. The ramen lacks in texture and umami.

Delicious ramen as expected, no complaints about the food. Shame we visited when there was construction work going on as I'm sure it's normally a beautiful building inside.

Always loved this restaurant, but just recently not great service plus they have built a weird partition which cuts across the beautiful original cornicing which, is pretty shameful. Whoever signed that off should be shot! The great thing was that they had always been sympathetic to the original design of the building, which is a magnificent regency interior with beautiful original features. Also we went in last night and although fully understand they were busy, the lack of communication and when they finally did speak to us it was verging on rude. VERY disappointing. We left.Vegetarian options: Okay

It is Wagamama so you know what you're going to get, however I would like to give a special shout out as we visited with a teenager with specific food allergies. The team handled us politely, with sensitivity and professionalism. I know this stuff is important and required by law but they did a good job from a customer experience point of view.
