We always go to this Zizzis. Our last visit was in November, however today’s visit was incredibly disappointing. We requested pasta crisps for the table, and we were told you can’t have them (?). We had to ask for our drinks twice, and we still didn’t get water for the table. The pasta was well over cooked, the pizza which is normally so on point wasn’t as good today. We left so disappointed and have decided not to return to this particular place now. It’s a real shame as we have been regulars here for years! Staff has changed abd it’s just not the same. We really didn’t want to give up on this place.

Booked a table for my family for 7pm - restaurant was not busy at all. We noticed there were only two wait staff working tables. Someone (who seemed to be management but was dressed down in a hoodie and jeans, so can’t be sure) told us someone would be with us, whilst talking on his phone. We weren’t acknowledged at all, until 30 minutes after we’d sat down. We decided we would go elsewhere to eat - no point spending money at an establishment who can’t be bothered to engage with you. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Never Been to Zizzi before & wow! A warm welcome on arrival,food was Excellent & Sonia was an Amazing Host Throughout she made us feel Very welcome from start to finish. Will definitely be back in the New Year xxxKid-friendliness: Sonia was so polite to my children :)

Friendly welcome and attentive waiting staff but food was disappointing compared to a few months ago. Ordered same Favourites Board to share: tomatoes tasty on both occasions and bruschetta last time was baked to perfection (soft and crunchy). This time, bread was tough (under- or over-cooked). Inedible calamari (too tough). Three Mains were OK: tasty pasta sauce but not much salmon. Rustica Pepperoni Campagna pizza base over cooked and too much crust.

What a lovely place. Our waitress Leyla despite being very busy was welcoming, very on the ball with all her tables and such a credit to the restaurant. The food (I had the truffle carbonara and my sister had the smoked salmon and prawn carbonara) was excellent. Very tasty and packed with truffle, salmon and prawns respectively. Can definitely recommend

Lady on front of house was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to on the phone. 4/5 Uber drivers cancelled because the food wasn't ready, this is 50 mins after waiting already. We rang to get an update and the lady said “unless i go in the kitchen and cook it myself its going to be another 45 minutes”. The lady then hung up on us. Probably the worst customer service from a restaurant in Leamington Spa.

Not enough vegan options - plenty of the menu items containing dairy/eggs could be changed to a plant-based recipe. Good taste to the food, but everyone must admit that this place is grossly overpriced.
5* for food and service, but the only reason for 2* on the atmosphere was because there were only a few people in the restaurant. Luckily, we had a really lovely lady serving us, and we laughed and had fun regardless. VISIT ZIZI !!!!! The food is beautiful and proper out of the ordinary Italian dishes!

Wait 25 minutes for table to be cleaned. Very loud person at table nearby so couldn’t hear my own party. Ordered cheesecake and came swimming in ice cream with the waiters thumb in it which was wrong too. Also ordered lemon sundae which came as vanilla. Wouldn’t return again, service bad, food mixed it and thrown

We thought we had had a lovely time at Zizi today. Then, we came home. Both my mother and myself now have severe food poisoning, even though we ate different things. What is happening in that kitchen!? Thank goodness my little girl refused to eat her food.I don't think I will ever visit a Zizi again.

We very nearly gave up on this place a couple of months ago as the service and cleanliness was unacceptable. We only ventured back because we had Tesco vouchers to redeem but are so glad we did. The new manager, Elliott has transformed the restaurant brilliantly. It is spotless and the service is spot on. Since he has been there the quality of the food has soared with everything being served promptly and piping hot. We thought if might be a fluke but have been four times since the management change and can’t fault it now.

We were a walk in on a very busy day, they kindly squeezed us in despite this. All staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Service was quick and always with a smile. Menu selection was good and our starters and mains were delicious. I had a glass of red that was served at the perfect temperature. We used a taste card so had 241 on all courses which was a steal. It was a lovely Sunday afternoon.
