Really nice place. It feels cool and comfortable. Service was a little slow as only one till, and you have to queue to get served, but the food was good and plentiful, and the staff were lovely.

Excellent service but the poor food meant that we won't be going back. As vegetarians, we had only one option: pie, mash and vegetables. The pie crust was too thick, the pie itself was bland and the £90 cost (for each couple) meant that the Bacco Lounge represents poor value-for-money. The music is too loud, so the five couples in our group couldn't converse freely. Not an experience we'll be repeating.

Abosolute rubbish. Waited over 40 minutes for drinks to arrive. Food sent back twice for being over cooked but came back even worse. Service was less than appalling. Cannot think of a worse meal out ever. Was supposed to have been a work's Christmas treat for us. The best part of the evening was getting home and having something decent to eat.

A gem of a place. Dog friendly, eclectic decor, upstairs is even better, food was really tasty, home made, fresh style. Great there was so many options for my vegan friend too. Really enjoyed it. OK, the place is very popular on the rugby highstreet, and it is the 'top spot for food' in rugby. Take aways are better than this place. So, as we came close to the restaurant, their is a clear tripping hazard from the curb up to the place. Next, when you see the menus you regret ever coming here as this place is a ripoff. The food takes AGES to come and it is good. Their are weird portraits all around and it creeps me out. Well, do not come here with a big group otherwise you won't get to sleep that night because your still waiting for your food. ☆☆☆
