Shameful place. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. My partner broke down nearby and the staff came out to rudely ask me to move the car, and when she explained it had broken down he complained about why she hadn't parked it in a more convenient place! A while later while waiting for recovery another staff member came and and rudely asked her to move car. As if breaking down wasn't stressful enough.Complete lack of compassion, common sense and courtesy.

Convenient service station. Stopped here for fuel, as well as some drinks and snacks for our trip to Draycote Water. The area looks really good after it's refurbishment and feels very new, it was also very clean. The forecourt shop had a good variety in stock as well, will be sure to stop here again.

Good BP service station with a Spa shop, well stocked. Forecourt was clean. Pumps have recently been replaced, so all very new which is good. Would recommend!

Appalling service on a regular basis. I am immune suppressed and at high risk from Covid so I tried to pay with the app. The guy in the garage was asleep and does not know how to work the app. We paid with the app but had to go in to pay because the assistant cannot work the app. Have used app at loads of BP garages and every time we go to this one the same maskles guy is there and when he is the app doesn't work. BP are putting immune suppressed people's lives at risk because they employ lazy workers without training.
