Delicious bacon and sausage roll. Good price too. Ketchup and brown sauce on the table for you.Make sure to ask for butter in your roll if you want it.Friendly service.

I had the full English breakfast extra toast and a cup of tea firstly the breakfast was perfectly cooked the cafe was very clean I always sit In and eat its not a big seating area with 3 tables and it has a breakfast bar by the window but it's comfortable as soon as I sat down my cup of tea arrived then mins later my breakfast arrived I will definitely be using the cafe again and do recommend this place polite staff the only additional feature I would add is music in the background

Brought a long roll. Was very surprised to see only 2 rashers of bacon, thought that was abit cheap. It felt more roll and no bacon lol, I suppose with everything what's going on there's always going to be cut backs. . I remember next time just to get a bap . Unless you only get 1 rasher of bacon in that .

We were extremely happy with our cold buffet for 70 people. You always worry that you won’t have enough food but there was no need . The amount of food was ample for the numbers and very fresh and tasty also very good value for money Thank you so much

Good quality food, well cooked in decent time. Even when they are inundated with orders they still manage to produce consistently. They care about the customers opinion. It has a cosy setting inside and they sell a few chocolates and sweets

The food, so-so, nothing special. Most importantly, the food is not take-away friendly! They use big paper to wrap the sandwich, which is very difficult to eat in (edit: thanks!) the car. Why not make it smaller with only one opening (just like a shopping bag)? This way, you cut cost on packaging and make your take-away customer happy!Coffee to take-away. Gosh don't make me go there.... please go to McD/costa or whatever place that offer coffee to take-away, look at how they serve it! I have to open the lid, drink the coffee (what is this? Hot chocolate disgusing as coffee???), close the lid (omg so boiling hot), open the lid for a sip, close the lid.Edit:When I don't intend to return (i am not from around), of course it makes sense that i put my opinions in the review. Should I actually go back and tell you F2F?This is not how you respond to your angry customer. You could have say sorry and say you actually offer an option of using foil. I would have revoke my comment & rating.Another question is: if I don't ask, is that my fault? I wouldn't know that you have foil, and I wouldn't know i will get paper wrap. If you have empathy at all for your customer, you would have ask me if I need a foil.Are you trying to be sarcastic when you say it is "widely known that there are issue with supplies"? You can say sorry for supplies issue due to covid, and i will definitely understand, instead of trying to be sarcastic!It is not my fault to walk up the first time and didn't get a sip lid, then made a wrong assumption that you don't offer sip lid. You could have tell your customer about that, so that we wouldn't make a wrong impression. You don't go to blame covid or brexit now, when you can just explain to your customer at the first instance that you don't offer sip lid this time, and we will understand. Instead, you assume this is the norm, people should know and don't complain?I am not trying to advertise McD or Costa, you are trying to be sarcastic again. If I can give lower rating after reading your reply, I would. Just so you know your reply only make yourself more ugly for general audiences that read this review.
