Tables were not particularly clean, no table markers for table service, so you have to stand and wait for your order along with all the drivers who it feels like they get priority.

In terms of cleanliness this is the worst kfc I have been to! All the Bins overflowing , rubbish on the tables , food on the floor around the tables , toilets were filthy and not a cleaner in sight ( the restaurant was quiet when I visited I was the only customer inside )Also the disabled spaces in the car park need to stop being used by delivery drivers without a blue badge!! I was unable to park in the disabled space due to this!

Ordered via the KFC app, the order was missing sauces which I bought separately for two, large sets, we didn't get any... On the plus side, speed of fulfilment and delivery, only 15/20min, while after eating slight discomfort in the

Chicken greasy. Had to ask for cloth to clean table. My drink came, a watermelon drink wasvordered, came as soda water, staff said oh must of ran out when I went back to counter. No condiments given, no napkins in dispensers, considering you eat with your fingers, this is a must. Very busy so having to go back to counter for another drink, then napkins, then sauces was a bud beer to the staff serving the queue.
I have never been to a kfc or restaurant as bad as rugby kfc junction 1. Words can't describe how bad the food and the staff are. How is this place still open.

Portions have become tiny. The collect your order notice is obviously a prompt to the staFF to think about batching it up. The chips have improved though.
