Amazing abiMe and my girlfriend came out to dinner last night we were greeted by a friendly waitress within seconds she was laughing and joking with us i couldn’t say enough about our waitress she was amazing and made our night feel so relaxed it was greatDietary restrictions: i’m dairy free and abi made sure that there was no cheese on my pizza and happily changed it for vegan cheese changed the sauce on the pollo milanese for me and made sure there was no parmesan on the rocket.

Reserved a table but they obviously weren't expecting us as they had to clear a table which wasn't a great start (as well as the only person we could see being on their phone and ignoring us), food took an hour from ordering, obviously not enough staff, and those there seemed to serve us begrudgingly anyway - wont return, shame really as if were better managed we probably would as its pretty local.

Arrived not long after 2pm. There was one waitress & one kitchen staff member. It took a long time to get seated because the table of 6 were each paying their own part of their bill. We were eventually taken to table 21, followed by another couple a few minutes after. They were asked for their drinks order before us. The poor waitress was trying her best. After ordering our drinks I asked to order the food & was told that the Bruschetta was off the menu as there was no pesto. No pesto in the building! Pesto - made with Basil, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil & Parmesan. I asked for the Bruschetta without Pesto & was told that I could not. Why? I wasn’t asked if I wanted black pepper or Parmesan on the pizza & after trying to get attention I gave up! There were only a few tables in use in the restaurant but we were all piled on top of each other, which with large tables next to small tables left us straining to hear each other. I know that it’s only a Pizza Express but it was not a good experience on the whole!

Overall really poor service, pre-booked a table, and took over 3hrs to get mains and dessert (after several chases). Food turned up cold, and so had to send it back.Staff seemed distant. Won’t be coming back… much nicer local restaurants to go to. Don’t bother

I visited this place with my young son who has food allergens, the young male manager was very helpful with identifying what meals would suit my son. Very professional and friendly and will definitely visit again.

Just eat delivery managed to deliver a hot garlic bread starter and a very cold pizza at the same time after speaking to the restaurant to inform them of this I was told to contact just eat which only offer a refund that can take up to 7 days so left with no pizza and £20 out of
Good food and quick service. Was a flood in WC when there so that not so nice. Floor sodden, yet allowed to use.

They could try put more than a literal tea spoon of the nduja sausage on my pizza. I have measured. Even if you pay the £2.50 extra for more don’t expect it. Other than that the food is nice. Normally quite quick too.

If you love really, definitely, amazingly, and crazily spicy pizza, I beg you guys to try Etna! Medium spicy? Spicy G…(sorry that I am really bad at Italian) No spicy? Try the dish start with “pollo …”. I highly recommend to dine in. The most delicious pizza is always the hot one just coming out of the oven!

A rastaman has more ham on his pizza than this stodgy pizza. We used to get better, fresher £1 Pizzas than this joke, not too long ago. Won't be ordering a pizza from these guys online again.Very disappointing. No ham. No olives. Don't call it La Reine. Last time when I paid for extras, it still had very little little non existent portions. I rarely leave bad reviews. .
