order online food did not arrive called then they said they had not recieved my order and I would not be getting the food I ordered. I asked for a refund no call back tomorrow to try and get a refund. Pizza hut had the audacity to send a feedback firm how did we do. Waiting for them to open to get my money back.

The worst pizza, second time same. The dough is so overcooked it's like a biscuit!! No taste not enough cheese. Absolutely the worst pizza I had! Do yourself a favour order somewhere else.

Couldn't order online due to a technical issue their end, arrived onsite and was told card machine wasn't working and they didn't take cash. Not particularly helpful behind the counter and nor was their demeanour. Customer isn't always right but heck these guys didn't even want the business. Would not recommend.
Order two pizzas and garlic bread cost over £28.00. Food was substandard tastless rubbish at restaurant prices. Will never order from hear again. Tesco next time or a decent pizza restaurant in Rugby

Was disappointed. Ordered myself a large cheese stuff crust pizza and some chicken wings. The wings were cooked through, however I'm not sure how my pizza was placed in the car with the deluvery driver, but when I opened it the cheese was already coming out of the box off the pizza and it was so greasy! My worktop was full of grease from the box and I couldn't stomach more than 2 slices that looked a bit decent. Was very disappointed and was going to recommend to my partner to have one this week as a treat but now I will be avoiding it.

Ordered online £45 worth of pizza took money from my account called me 10 mins later to say no gluten free bases so no choice but to cancel the order. Was advised money would go back into my account but 4 days later and 3 emails sent and still no reply or money back.

Order from here fairly regularly, always turns up within 30-40 minutes and is what you expect with Pizza Hut.On occasion the driver has forgotten a few of the items but it’s always sorted out quickly so can’t complain.
