Exceptionally clean and friendly hotel in a great location for Silverstone F1 Weekend. Pub attached to the hotel was also up to the high standards as the hotel which was perfect for our stay. Can highly recommend.

This our first stay in this particular PI having driven up from the euro tunnel having spent our annual week touring the battle fields of the Somme. The PI is straight forward to find and has a restaurant next door and a Aldi on the next block. The Sunday night price was cheap (some £140 cheaper than the Saturday night rate) and we only stayed for a few hours anyway - a good stop over to freshen up. Visited Rugby down the road and parked at the local Tesco and walked in from there. (There's also a Asda in town but the parking looked hard work). The room and bathroom were typical Premier Inn - both clean and tidy with a large TV with freeview for those who stay in: why? The staff were more than helpful - so its a good hotel, in a good location with great staff; what more does any one want. Bon journeyi

This hotel is ideally located just of M6 , it’s well set up with its own breakfast facility in house. The rooms are as you would expect from most premier inn , only issue we had was that the bed was extremely squeaky if anyone moved Although it’s posted to be respectful of your neighbours some guests do not know how to close doors or respect the time If the restaurant is busy the food quantity is small so plan your breakfast time wisely to avoid an unnecessary wait , we didn’t have any issues just a heads up

We recently stayed for two nights(Sunday&Monday) we took the meal deal which was good value. The food was excellent for the price and all the staff were very helpful and friendly The room was standard Premier Inn. A little worn at the edges but very clean. Old style secondary glazing and no air conditioning but then this isn’t the Ritz! We had a good stay, felt well looked after and found all the staff really pleasant No complaints at all and would happily stay again

Premier Inn is a great chain as you always know what to expect from the hotels. What we didn't expect, however, was how utterly delightful every single member of staff with whom we interacted would be - everyone was incredibly friendly and super helpful. It was also a really lovely touch to find a handwritten personal welcome note along with KitKats for both of us in our group. You should be really proud of the team as they set our visit apart from any other Premier Inn that we have stayed at before!

Me and my partner stopped here as we drove back from London in the night and wanted a place to stop before we drove fully back in the morning. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and left us a little treat when we first got in which was very nice. However, the extractor fan in the bathroom sounded like a plane was about to take off. The shower pressure was dreadful and was basically one line of water, and the floorboards above us were so squeaky and the people above were walking around from 6am keeping me and my partner awake from then (which was annoying considering we didn’t get in late as we had been at an event and had to be up early too) however, I understand not much could be done about that at the time.

Excellent, friendly staff and good service . Room was very clean and comfortable. Not much more to say. The restaurant Brewer’s Fayer was very busy but very nice, good food and good service. Staff were very friendly.

Usual premier inn set up, comfy enough bed, this is one of the older hotels. Free parking and plenty of it. The lady greeting us / checking us in was really friendly, check in was quick and easy as usual. We were unfortunate to find that whoever was in the room above us (it actually sounded like a large group!) was excessively noisy - this was 10.30pm onwards and we had children with us. They were yelling, constant loud banging, sounded like a party. Anyway we couldn’t sleep through it but the customer service was thankfully good and after we asked for help it was sorted. Wonder if it’s worth asking to be on top floor but then it was perhaps just our bad luck.

The hotel was as expected and an enjoyable expected, but our evening meal/drinks at the adjacent restaurant was terrible. The food was awful and the service was worse. My medium rare steak was well done and poor quality. Salad swimming in sauce. I had called to find out the meal deals and had apparently been given the wrong information, however instead of politely apologising the manager was just abrupt and rude and treated me as if I was lying. Later in the evening she threatened to call the police on our group - parents and members of an under 18s football club. I honestly cannot imagine what this was about other than we were keeping the place open longer than she wanted. One of our mums even collected glasses for the bar staff as they obviously couldn’t manage the amount of people there. This woman should really not be working in as she is anything but hospitable. My advice is get a better manner with real communication skills and expertise in customer service. The only exception to our experience in the pub/restaurant was Beth who served our meals. She was kind and polite and couldn’t do enough to help. Time to sort out your stage at this restaurant Whitbread.

Had a wonderful stay at Rugby Premier Inn. Room was clean and bed really comfy , slept very well. The lady who was cleaning the room next to mine, gave me extra coffee and milk, and gave me a lovey smile. My room was on the ground floor , i thought i would hear people above me, as i had in other hotels, not a sound, Wifi is not great at this hotel, lady on reception said it is very poor in the whole area, Asked if i need to have any think printed off as i could send it to site email and she would print it for me, which was very helpful . Great stay and will be back to this hotel next time i am in Rugby

My room had all dark furniture, it was cold we only had 2 pillows, there was a noise outside the window that sounded like a generator or air conditioning unit. When I complained at reception I was told the hotel is fully booked so they could not move us. We had a poor nights sleep with the noise outside our window. The restaurant food was not good we ordered prawn cocktail which came with a slice of white bread, we ordered roast chicken dinners the chicken and stuffing were burnt and the carrots was as though someone had cut a raw carrot and put it on the plate. Where the smoking area is and surrounding areas there was cigarettes packets and cigarette butts on the floor. The best thing I could say about this hotel is there is plenty of parking spaces.

Excellent hotel for price and location, did have one issue with cleanliness of bed sheet and couldn’t find a staff member to report. Breakfast choice excellent, great as we had 2 young children with us.

Overnight stay adult, two young teenagers Central location just off motorway, lots of parking, unfortunately lift not working...unsure why or how long. Aldi and Subway next door, Cineworld, Tesco / petrol and retail park 5 min drive away. Clean, Brewers Fayre onsite for breakfast nice, but coffee machine hit and miss...not Costa

Very tired inn. Staff friendly but facilities poor. I found a hole in the duvet cover but too late st night to be bothered. Restaurant food had usual choice but lacked any taste whatsoever. Price was ok and good deal helped keep the cost down. I’ve stayed at premier inns around the county and this was not one of the better ones.

A well situated hotel for the event we were attending. Reasonably priced. We found the food on site good for breakfast with a wide selection and children’s menu as well as play area. Really polite and helpful staff. Will use again when next in the area. Thanks
