“I often visit the Subway on Clifton Road in Rugby, and I really appreciate some of the people who serve there. I don’t know all their names, but one guy wraps sandwiches very neatly, making it easy to eat without getting sauce everywhere. There are also a few friendly ladies, one of whom is named Purva. She’s always smiling and even remembers my usual order.
