Lady on duty 6pm 7th march very poor customer service. I always go in and purchase the code for jetwash she said no that's not how it works you have to use coins!!??? Then refused to give me change...what a poor attitude and limited knowledge... disappointing

The new Karcher car wash is great! Much gentler on the car, which comes out much better washed. Top marks.I get my Vpower petrol here too..

Visited this evening to pick up a few bits and use the jet wash, the woman (I prefer lady but she definitely isn’t) was very rude, despite a person using the jet wash she told me it was closed and wouldn’t budge, definitely will not be returning. Used to be my go to place. No more!!!

I normal go to this garage most weekday mornings where there is one of two members of staff. They are amazing! Always smiley, have got great customer service and always brightens up my mood. Most of the reason I go there is to see them.The reason for only having 4 stars is because I went there today (Saturday) and the was a different lady there Mandeep. Her service was terrible. I walked to the counter and her head was resting on her hand look incredible bored. She served me with no smile or eye contact, no thank you. Once she finished serving me she went straight neck to the uninterested bored position.The contrast of my weekday visits and todays were polar opposites! I am in future going to go to a different petrol station on weekends but will defo continue going during weekdays as the two ladies I am meet with are joyful

Lady on counter doesn't know Shell rules.I lift my helmet visor like it says on Shell policies.The lady insisted and ask me to take off my helmet even when I was complying with Shell rules.Later I show the symbol to the lady and the ignorace won and no sorry.Please Shell, tell me what is the rule:The lady counter ruleOrWhat you say very clear to costumers?(Took a photo of your rule)Harrasment, no sorry, ignorance and even when I show it clear the rule the arrogance go on.DISGRACEFULThanks
One of the female cashiers rude and obnoxious. Turning off pumps mid transaction for no reason. Leaving me with not enough for my journey, but leaving me needing to give them some money. Disgusting service. If there's a problem, don't activate the pump in the first place. I'll gladly give my money to another garage.

They have to put more sellotape around the vacuum cleaner hose because it leaks air and it's strength is reduced. Or better buy a new hose. The petrol is good but they must fix little things like this sellotape.

The jet wash facility is CONSTANTLY closed and reopened every week. No continuity whatsoever. Will not be using this garage anymore.
