Food was terrible, fish was like rubber and the mushy peas just had an awful odd taste to them. Really not nice. Waste of £12 no chance will I be going back. Threw the lot

This place seems to be consistently good with the current owners, I have had food from here a few times over the last year and every time the food has been spot on! Tonight i had a cheeseburger with donner meat on the burger and chips with curry sauce it was bang on, the donner meat is always good! won't use any other chippy now, 5 stars from me.

Premises looked clean, bright and spotless. Pleasant service. Ordered just chips, which were served straight from the fryer, pale golden in colour, cooked to perfection and tasted good. Very little oil on the paper when unwrapped, hardly any of usual lingering chip shop smell so presumably the oil had not long been changed.
