The pub has only recently reopened after a long closure. Not a place we frequented in the past but heard the new owners served delicious & authentic curries so we gave it a shot. We had drinks there and took the curry home. We are pleased as punch to say the curries, rice and naan were excellent and even authentic. Went here last night. They've only just reopened and are starting with a limited menu. There's also a new executive chef who plans to expand the menu shortly.Drinks were excellent (especially Guinness cold) and the bar staff were super friendly, they were great with kids too. The food was good, kids had the usual nuggets/chicken burger and chips etc which was a winner. Looks like this has recently been taken over. The place is a little shabby and bare. The barman was lovely and even gave us a free fruit shoot for our little boy. But best of all was the most beautiful curry wow Authentic and delicious, it’s a pity we are 30 mins away or we would be there every week.
