Great chain restaurant, took my parents there for their first time and they was very happy. Service was great and food was good. We went during lunch time so was quiet, assuming dinner rush would be much more busy.

Great spot. Service really good and friendly. Hugely disappointed in the pizza, the chief has no idea how to make a nice pizza. There was hardly and cheese or tomato sauce on it. I ordered a vegetarian and it was tasteless. Very poor. I had been here 3 times before but never again.

Booked a table for seven at Bella Italia, only to have it cancelled 30 minutes before our reservation on a busy Boxing Day. This was the second venue in Stratford that cancelled, having driven over an hour. This left us, including two children, in a difficult situation, searching for another place in the cold. Such last-minute cancellation and lack of consideration for customers is unacceptable, especially during holidays. A disappointing experience that has greatly impacted my view of Bella Italia.

Very nice food. Service was slow but friendly staff. Was busy. Toilets need alot of work. Was unable to park outside, but parking nearby.

In Stratford for the weekend and found this lovely place. Very clean and bright with a good choice of 3 courses. Had a good giggle with waitress Kirsty!

Was a pleasant meal, nice environement. Reasonable prices. Service was close to none existent, staff shortage happens, but no vhef is an issue in a restaurant.

Managed to go in early for our booking as had finished previous activity early.Fairly quick service and nice food, set menu was good value. Would return/visit a different (more local to me!) Venue in future!
