Hello! I’d like to appreciate the grate service my friends and I received from Luiza waiter, and about the restaurants food itself! Pasta and wine were delicious, served really quickly. Thank you for good memories and atmosphere of that evening.

We love going to bistrot Pierre, and we have not been for a few months, so we decided to go for the £10 offer after Christmas. The food was delicious and quality, we were surprised by the portion size, which was a great value. We will go back to try the rest of the offer.

Excellent meal with friends. Booked in advance, as we were staying at the hotel which is attached to the restaurant. We had a great time, our waitress was called May, she was very helpful and friendly. Recommended.

Family get together so 8 of us had booked for an evening dinner. First time at Stratfords Pierre though we've visited many other locations and always enjoyed them Filippe and team provided a lovely evening. Food was the usual high standard. Service friendly and efficient. Lovely evening enjoyed by all from age 7 to 82!

We had dinner in this restaurant as we stayed in the hotel attached. The starters were great and prompt along with our drinks. Unfortunately there was a wait for our mains even though we said we were ready for them straight away, probably around 30 mins but when they arrived they were cold and mt husbands steak was well done, not medium rare. Unable to get the waiting staffs attention I had to go to the till myself to flag them. They returned the food back to us and it was hot and enjoyable. The waiter did remove 2 drinks from our bill for the inconvenience but unfortunately I wouldn't go again. The restaurant was not even half full at this time so I believe we should have at least been able to get someone's attention

It is a great venue and the staff were all very friendly with Luiza in particular who served us was exceptional and went beyond what is expected when the place was very busy pre Christmas. The food was excellent too. The salmon for main course was excellent, but the panna cotta was special. Well worth it.
Xmas day lunch for five people. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere with prompt service and attention to detail. Staff seemed relaxed and though very busy, never gave the impression of being stressed which can impact service. Lunch itself was excellent. Quality was super and timing just right between each of the four course. Must mention May, our server who was very professional and made sure we enjoyed the whole experience which we did. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again at any time of year, in fact, we will be back at Bistro Pierre very soon I think.

Met up with family and able to obtain a corner table , great for a chat.Food was lovely and hot.The chef special dessert of plum was melt in the mouth.Will return.

I stayed at the Swan Nest hotel next door and as a result I had dinner, breakfast and lunch in the Bistrot Pierre.The restaurant has its own app that I would highly recommend downloading as it has daily offers, discounts on meals and drinks (including alcohol). The more you spend via the app the bigger the savings you can add to your bill.The restaurant has a great location and also has the hotel pub (The Bear ?) next door.Staff are friendly and food and drinks are very reasonably priced.It's the second time I've been to the restaurant in a year and would definitely go back again.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options, though there needs to be a vegetarian option for the Sunday roast.
