I can't understand the low ratings. I love the place, food is amazing, never had a single reason to complain.They have a big menu too, so there's plenty to chose from (Hong Kong chicken wins it all for me).They deserve better rating.

First time ordering at China Kitchen for delivery on a Saturday night. It was 5 minutes over the time stated on the email, but worth the wait.All food was very tasty and great size. Only criticism (and its small!) Was there wasn't that much egg in the egg fried rice and we needed more pancakes for the duck pancakes.Would definitely use again. Very tasty food!

Food was yummy, ordered with my partner for dinner, chowmein (chicken noodle) was perfect, soft tasty meat that isnt at all dry. BBQ ribs were perfect, literally fell off the bone. The curry sauce was delicious and not too spicy. Singapore noodles were nice but could have been better, there was no spice to them and they should've been dry (too much oil), only reason for missing 1 star. Service was good but delivery system is a little old, you don't really know when your foods coming. Overall great food, would order again. Bonus- Free crackers!!

No matter if i choose to go in and pick up or get it delivered i have never once had a bad meal or experince ive been using china kitchen for as long as i can remember and its the only chinese il use in stratford 5 stars without a doubtKid-friendliness: Been going since a kid and have always been welcoming and struck converstaion with me
Rang up and ordered king prawn fried rice, but they made chicken fried rice instead and were rather rude, implying it was my mistake. Also, had to give card number twice over the phone and had the impression then they weren’t listening. Was told be it would be 15 mins, but when I got there it was ready, going cold. Not my first time with complaint with this place - last time they sent the food out for delivery when I said collection. And the food is nothing special, they’re just lucky there isn’t much competition.

My partner ordered our meal and it took well over an hour to arrive, the chips were disgusting overcooked so we threw most of them away! The sweet and sour sauce tasted off.. will not be ordering again. Disappointed as previous orders have been great but when you spend money on a takeaway you expect decent quality and this was not..

Recently had takeaways from 'China Kitchen'. The food was exceptional! Massive portions. The delivery people were extremely polite and happy. I highly recommend them!
