This is a difficult review to write as the food mostly was very tasty. We were sat by the stairs and we found it difficult to get service, the staff all stood in the steps where they couldn't see you and the small opportunities of them looking your way they seemed to look past you when you tried to get attention. I literally had to shout for someone when we got fed up of watching 3 new tables served before us. As said food was lovely until we got to my wife's main which was the large prawn on a dish, this was undercooked and translucent on the inside. We questioned this as you obviously do, I even heard the woman behind us at the bar (Manager/Owner I presume) say yes that's raw. We were then told they'd knock drinks off by our server, the lady above then came to apologise and said she would knock money off the bill, neither happened. I questioned on payment which she repeatedly assured me money had been given with a discount on each dish. I questioned this several times and ended up paying. On leaving I checked the menu in the window to see that I had been charged full price for everything. They knocked the prawn crackers off after questioning several times but they definitely charged full whack. The drinks were good and the pint was the best I'd had in the area, it's such a shame to write a mostly negative review but I feel with some training for the staff this could be a very good establishment. It was clearly popular and we visited after reading many positive reviews on here.

Spent a fantastic evening with my husband on my birthday at this Thai restaurant. The food was simply amazing, the presentation was gorgeous, the quantity and quality was excellent. Could not fault this fantastic find. The staff and service was just perfect, they even celebrated my birthday with me by singing and presenting me with a wonderful birthday dessert! Thank you to all the staff involved! Will definitely recommend ?

Shame there isn't a lower star for this place, complete waste of time ordered food through deliveroo, waited an hour for them to then say they hadn't cooked food and they cancelled the order after we paid for it an hour earlier, so then it's to late to place oder for food from anywhere else no explanation no food and have to wait for money to be refunded could take up to 5 days..JUST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE !
Visited for dinner at the weekend, booked that day, restaurant large inside and we were seated in the section at the back which was dark and not v attractive, menu as online with no specials, we ordered a set meal, 3 of the starters were v good (esp the prawn tempura) but the sweet corn cakes were weird and not v pleasant, the main course consisted of rice plus 5 large dishes of which 3 were good but the chicken dish was tasteless and the red prawn curry was just too hot and inedible. So overall some of the food was v good but the setting and 3 of the dishes let it down. It was disappointing and we will not revisit nor recommend.

First visit here and really impressed with the food. Chicken satay was juicy, seasoned well and came with a lovely salad and dressings. The jumbo prawn starter was sublime. Drinks service was rapid so thank you to the kind lady who bought out my 3 wines in rapid succession. My prawn main was fabby, good portion and kick of heat. Only down side was the sticky rice was way too sticky for me so we ordered a plain rice on top. One of the nicest Thai meals we’ve had ???

Second time we have eaten here. The first time was fantastic so we came with some friends and the food was just incredible again. Too often I have returned to a restaurant to find it not as good the second time around, but not here and will be certainly returning in the near future. We had a mixed plata starter and various mains. All four of us really enjoyed ourselves

Mediocre and not authentic. Starters seemed as if they were from the freezer/pre-made from a Chinese supermarket. Ribs were Chinese style, squid was bland bread crumb coated and came with iceberg lettuce rather than the advertised Thai salad Mains were better. Short rib massaman was pretty good
