Very quiet location. Easy access to Stratford centre. Not far from the park and ride. This is the best way to get to the centre. It's one pound to park and 2 pounds for a return journey by bus.I enjoyed the generous cooked breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Lovely hosts.

Great location and easy to find, 10 mins drive from centre of Stratford. Excellent value for money as a great freshly cooked hearty breakfast is included. Owners - Philip and his parents were very welcoming & were very helpful and informative abut things to do locally. Weston is a lovely place to have a mooch around, a walk along the river, there is a beautiful old church just opposite and walks through a picturesque village. 5 mins drive to The Bell pub where I enjoyed a good and reasonably priced meal on the first evening. I went into Stratford itself the 2nd day and on Philips advice found plenty to entertain myself. The farmhouse is beautiful, very clean and comfortable with great views from all windows My room was well equipped with hair dryer, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits. Good internet and television Bathroom for single rooms exclusive use, with bath and shower and plenty of towels. Internet was strong and theres also a television in room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will return.

I came over from Germany for the MGB60 event at the Gaydon Motor Museum with my MGB. Booked in at the “Three Ways Farmhouse B&B” in Weston on Avon. The Museum is only 20mls away. Reached the Farmhouse one hour earlier than expected, but that was no problem for Philippa. She showed me my room, Breakfast and Living room. Very stylish and cosy. I´ve left my luggage there and did a short trip to nearby Stratford. A very historic town, well worth a visit. For my evening meal I did a 20-minute walk beside the river Avon to the Bell Inn in Welford-on-Avon. Enjoyed my Fish & Ships, Sticky Toffee Pudding and a pint or two of Old Speckled Hen. The right basis for a very good sleep in the comfy bed. The next Morning started with a brilliant full English Breakfast, not a bad start in the day. I had the single room and a big Bathroom, all neat and tidy. The views are very rustic England with the Church and surrounding countryside. Loved it much and my 51 years old MGB was home again.

Philip and the family were so welcoming. We were attending a wedding in the area, and the day before we were travelling up our other accommodation cancelled on us. I called Philip at 9pm, and he could not have been more helpful. They had a room available, and provided a cot for our toddler. The accommodation was warm and comfortable, and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was also fantastic. Thank you, and we will certainly return if we are ever in the area again

We had a wonderful stay in a room at Three Ways B&B - the room was large, clean and had an en-suite for our private use. The breakfast the next morning was brilliant (especially the fried potatoes from their farm). Nothing seemed too much trouble, and we'd have absolutely no hesitation in returning.I believe there are also some larger cottages available to rent on the farm, if you're looking for something as a group.

My husband, six year old daughter and I returned today from Stratford-Upon-Avon and the Three Ways Farmhouse. We had the most wonderful two day trip and that was especially due to the fantastic time we had in Three Ways. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and was made to feel as if the B&B was a home from home. Phillip, Philippa and Richard were the most incredible hosts, even going as far as bringing my daughters favourite cereal for breakfast on our second day, as unfortunately they never had any she liked on the first! That just shows how kind, considerate and thoughtful they are and how they try their best to make their guests’ stay a memorable one! The B&B was immaculate with hand gels dotted all around and a very thorough COVID information sheet in our room. We had a great view of the old church from one window in our room and their vast fields from the other! It was a ten minute drive to Stratford-Upon-Avon city centre where parking is really easy, especially in the Church Street car park, which Phillip recommended. All in all I could not recommend Three Ways Farmhouse more and look forward to staying there again soon.
