Great as usual

Shell balsall common should learn to employ people of different cultures not just from south Asian countries. Seems a lot of racism going on with the current manager.

Never got petrol - came here to collect a John Lewis parcel and they were super chill and friendly. Just what you want! Thanks.

What a 'ripe-off' coming back from the airport this morning in my wife's car had to refill , price on display board outside 145.9 for Diesel, price at the pump 157.9 - 12p per litre more should be against the law to do this.

Got set up to fuel and no one appeared at the kiosk. Waited 10 minutes, and EVENTUALLY someone arrived. No notice on the door to say just popped away or anything.Add this to the fact that they are usually rude anyway.....I'll queue at the Saisburys down the road in future.

I called in on the way home at about 9.30pm and had no problems with waiting for petrol this is when everyone was panicking and causing long queues during the day. The garage has been completely refurbished everything is new and there is a new Waitrose store installed.Of an evening the store main doors are closed but if you know what you want the person in the pay booth will serve you this was on 27th September 21

Not impressed! Stopped, with my wife, to inflate the tyres on both of our vehicles. Was charged £1 for what should be free air, for (allegedly) 7 minutes, however once I had dealt with my wife's tyres the machine stopped working. Only after about 3 minutes! In addition I have always found this fuel station to be one of the most expensive in the area, both for fuel and for shop items. There are much better alternatives not too far away. Avoid if possible.
