Popped in here today on a quick visit to Bilston to get a hot sausage roll, the roll was hot and tasted has you would expect from Greggs, delicious,, but while waiting I looked up and noticed the extractor fan was thick with dust with flies flying round it, and where someone had eaten at a table there was food on the table and the floor, it was about 2pm and the shop was not busy, not a good impression for a first time visitor

Went to Greegs today as had a urge to devour a pizza slice. Had to wait 6 minutes, no objection as it was guaranteed to be fresh and tasty, for my pizza and it was hot, tasty and soft. Nice lady had a sense of humour which in the current climate is a must have. I would recommend this Greggs. Happy days ?

Horrendous place very dirty and tabels are not cleaned regularly and for two days running to my knowledge the coffee machines have been out of service BOTH machines at the same time.Not the best place avoid
