This place is a complete joke,we asked if food was halal and were told reluctantly it was halal, on this occasion the food was stale,undercooked and smelt funny, on another occasion we ordered the same things without asking if it was halal and food was Bearley edible, the rice is microwaved and grill chicken is undercooked, staff think its a joke to serve non halal food to customers, when asked for halal certificate was told "take our word,its halal "

The food is too pricy for what you get, the portions are small, not whats advertised. I ordered a couple times and it wasn't great. The decor is OK, the location is standard, feels like they are trying to be nandos in a dixy chicken way and it doesn't work.

Bought food here yesterday and had to wait for nearly 45 mins after walking in. I watched the staff working and they were handling food after cleaning the floor with broom and pans... Mixing raw meat with cooked meat on the grill. I ordered a wrap which was bought and thrown on work surface that wasn't even clean. When I got the food the chicken was over cooked and inedible so ended up throwing it.. The staff have got no interest in serving food or customers. Avoid.

What a rubbish place. £8 for a chicken burger and chips. Tiny portion of chips and the burger is like a Maccys cheeseburger. Not worth the money. Avoid. It was better under the previous management. Has a ghetto feel.

16th March 2023 Update:So 4 years ago I dropped a 4 star review on this place as I really enjoyed it... but I'm now going to give them 5 ? ?Honestly, I forgot that I used to order from here and was actually looking for another grill chicken place that I go to regularly. And to make matters worse, after I ordered another customer came in and was complaining about a recent negative experience they had with their food - so I had two choices; cancel my order or crack on and see... and BWAAAAAAYYYY I'm glad I cracked on because the food was DE-LIC-OUS ? I'm still lickin' off my fingers haha... mango chilli wings, with mango chilli pitta... down to the mayo and the salad even tasted better than the other place I order from! And my mom whos THE hardest person to impress with anything named take-out, ate off all of hers too and is already planning on ordering some more on Sunday!!! ?Long story short, if you don't know about this place already, you need to rock up and enjoy because the food's banging and the guys that work there are really sound! ?????

Ordered 2 x tandori chicken tikka and a coleslaw. Ordered at 22.08pm order arrived at 22.55pm estimated time changed twice, driver also changed. When food arrived food wasn't hot, there was no flavour other than chargrilled/burnt. Coleslaw wasn't anything special. The actual chicken was thigh (menu does not stipulate this) portion extremely small (more like what you get with a starter) served on warm soggy lettuce. Definitely not worth £5.99 per portion. Would not recommend!!!!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could.It used to be so good, but now they never put enough chicken on my burger. They put two sad little pieces so 40% of the time I’m just eating bread and salad. We’ve started asking them to put a good amount of chicken in but it’s still hit or miss.Today the chicken was so dry and tough, it was inedible. I stopped eating after a couple bites and threw it away. Super disappointed, will not buy from here again.
