Really looking forward to my Subway order but when I received it I was extremely disappointed to say the least. On my sub I wanted melted cheese and specified which salad. What arrived I could have made better at home free of charge. A couple of slices of cheese, a slice of ham and no salad. I also ordered a pizza slice and trying hard not to be grotesque it arrived like a piece of vomit as you can see for the photos. Going to the actual store and getting it delivered are two totally different things. Subway needs to get a grip of this otherwise they will lose a lot of customers.

Only sent half of my order I called the store, the staff was rude on the phone said I must of had it as she said she had made 2. There was only 1 subway in the bag, told me I needed to go to the store to sort it out as she qas on her own but it was OK for me to leave 2 children at home for her. Obviously I didn't go told her to ring her manager to sort it out she said she would and put the phone down. I called back again she still said I had done something with 1 of the subways as she had made 2, I said I wouldn't be ringing if there wasn't a problem with my order. Shocking customer service skills and the way I got spoken to was disgusting. Manager needs to train the staff how to talk to customers instead of blaming them for taking their own food. Won't order from here again or enter the shop. Absolutely shocking!!!!

I’ve ordered 3 wraps toasted. They came and they were in fact not toasted. All 3 of them were cold. When I went on Justeat to ask for a refund, they got back to me the next day saying that they are unable to give a full refund because the food came before the estimated delivery time. This is what they said exactly.“I have looked over the order details and found that it was delivered before the estimated delivery time. This means it's not possible to offer a refund, as it isn't likely that the order could have been reasonably delivered any hotter based on the time it took to arrive.”

The food is good, but the main problem I kept having is they always get the order wrong when I’m ordering online, I don’t know if it’s the staff not paying attention to the order properly or what, but as someone that’s pregnant whenever they’ve got my order wrong I’ve been close to crying because I do enjoy subway but this subway kinda ruins it for me everytime I order online.

On the 21st March 2022 had ordered 2 different types of sandwitchs with in 8 hours me and my daughter had food poisoning we have been really ill and taken to hospital avoid

poor customer service, not enough staff to handle customers, rushing customers in and out of the door, they refuse to accept acceptable in-date offers and vouchers until things improve greatly dont go to this subway
