A great family experience with friendly helpful staff and lovely affordable food. The table was reserved for us when we got there which was booked around a couple of weeks ago. There was a large choice on the menu and all our food arrived together ( 7 meals) and was very filling. Drinks were reasonably priced for a restaurant. Would definitely go again.

This pub is really local to me, so we always pop in during the week for food. Since new management have taken over, there has been a huge difference in the quality of the food and service here. The staff are all really friendly, the food and steaks are much better and presentation is always great. Hats off to the turn around, it is definitely busier, the pub is much better and you should all be really proud. We love the chicken bites starter, and other half always has loaded steak of some kind. Always great, can't recommend enough. Keep an eye on the app for offers as well. Always some great discounts on there.

I never expect much from this kind of pub. We just go as it’s local. However it’s getting worse and worse with every trip. It’s recently changed management again and we’d hoped that this would be a new leaf. Last week was the last straw. A beef burger that tasted of rancid fat and a chicken burger that I can only assume had been microwaved too long as it was so hard I couldn’t eat it. How do you make a chicken burger hard?? It’s ridiculous. The staff are mostly pleasant. The new manager is a bit rude. The main issue is the kitchen. I’d take a bet that our beef burger was past its use by date. There’s only one thing that causes it to taste rancid.

Came in for an evening meal with husband, granddaughter daughter and son in law.The food was great, had a sirloin (med well for the first time) and it was lovely, family enjoyed the other meals too (mixed grill, tikka etc).Managers Ricky and Ashan were serving, very very cheery and happy gentlemen. It was a pleasure and we shall be back!Kid-friendliness: There were several families in this night. Children were able to walk to toy machines and be seen. High chairs readily available too

The staff themselves seemed lovely. The waitress who served us was very polite. Unfortunately the service itself was really bad. It was my daughters 5th birthday and we wanted a quick lunch then back home before 3:00pm (we sat down/ booked for half 1).We walked in and there was literally no staff anywhere. I didn’t know where to sit to my booked table and it ended up being a guest telling me that there will be a piece of paper with my name on. Anyway, we ordered nachos for starters and ordered mains, etc. we were waiting a good half hour and nothing. No staff to ask either, then the table next to us eventually found the waitress and asked where their food was and she said it would be a 40 minute wait. Personally I think any restaurant should state this when coming in as it avoids complaints.Anyway 45 minutes later our nachos in a bowl arrived. No idea why this took 45 minutes, I’m sure a 2 year old could do this in less than 3 seconds.Spoons Nachos are far better. We ate them anyway and the waitress cleared our table. I felt sorry for her, it was clearly understaffed and wasn’t her fault. Our mains arrived. Tasted bland and the chips seemed to have been warmed up. The garlic bread with cheese was a tiny portion and seemed stale/ chewy. My poor daughter wanted a desert but I wasn’t waiting 45 minutes for a scoop of ice cream. After our mains I ordered us 3 more drinks, and these didn’t arrive for what felt like 15/20 minutes, my mom had to search for a member of staff.Table was also dirty, two knives still had food on. I won’t go there again.I don’t in anyway blame the waitress, it’s down to bad managementThe table besides us complained their food was vile as-well.

The atmosphere was great, and very relaxed. As well as the food being delicious for the price. Also a thanks to Emily, for the excellent service and consideration for going the extra mile when we wanted extra things.

We were celebrating our 36th Wedding Anniversary together and spent the evening at the Elisabeth Arms, Bilston. Had a great meal with wine. We were lucky as it fell on a 40% off food night so we were delighted when settling the bill. The only criticism is that the decor inside the pub could be more inviting if refurbished.Parking: Well lit and plentiful

Well, the place was half empty . The app wasn't working, so I couldn't get a free drink as mentioned on the menu if you signed and registered to their app.I had a new belly draft and ribs off the menu, parts of my meal were cold, and the belly daft was tough as old boots.I wouldn't recommend this place for food, but the service at the bar was quick. Maybe this is because they weren't many people in the place.

Well the family got me back and what a difference a few years make! This evening we were greeted by the most friendliet staff .When the bar guy checked to see if my wine glass was spotless before serving was the perfect start. When seated the tables were spotlessly clean and so were the sauce bottles and menus on table.(this is a real pet hate of mine ..food smeared of menus from previous diners and mucky sticky sauce bottles) Toilets were also clean and tidy time. My sister and I both had steak which was cooked to perfection. I believe that it has been taken over and I can really say they are turning this place around, lovely evening and lovely food. Well done guys
