Asda has just got worse month after month selves empty hardly restocked. Hardly any uniform .and wants the deal at 915 am 1 cashier open queue so long and 5 staff standing around customer servics management sort it out .

When my friend went there was a man swinging raw chicken around in one of the aisle and then he duck taped the raw chicken to the sealing and it was dripping raw chicken juices on her head and made her feel sick.

Asked a member of staff where hunters chicken was could see she didn't want to help me. All I got was how would I know don't ear it sooo rude. Staff like her shouldn't be working as she clearly as no manners

At the cafe. Amazing professional service from Sinead at the cafe during busy busy lunchtime. She is extremely kind and patient especially with older and slower customers with disabilities. She is a credit to Asda. Top marks. She deserves a raise £££. ?

Took me ages to find a sandwich here. They are in the aisle labelled simply Books and Toys, nowhere near the bakery.

I'm a disabled person and mainly go to checkout there are two ladies whom serve me Denise or Sharon they are very helpful and polite if it was point's for them I would give 10 out of 10 excellent makes me appreciate your shop

No longer 24 hours petrol expensive compared to other ASIA'S but that is normal for South Birmingham which is often more expensive than North but we don't have Costco.
We drive out of our way to visit this store. We love the layout and they hold a lot of produce which is unavailable in some of our more local stores. The car park is big and easy to manoeuvre and the tills are well manned.
