This evening after completing of grocery and before going to till my wife feels thirsty we tried to get some drinks but an asian female employee stopped me and by very insulting behaviour she said you can’t take anything I explained her my shopping is competed my wife is going to till just I need drink because we are thirsty but she rudely show me back way with arm signal and said no you can’t. I understand it was closing time but I didn’t expect this disrespectful behaviour I am a regular customer of this store even today I did grocery about £145 but I have never been this disgusting way in my life it was very shameful.

Have gone to Asda Cape Hill today for my monthly shopping to find out that toilets are still closed!! Must be 2 months now. Went to Costa (the near toilet) very kind they let me use it, they were aware that Asda do not have this basic service, I thought an establishment like a big supermarket had to have toilets by law. Anyway, I won't be shopping in your supermarket again.
prices are great but place is always cramped due to large local population it serves, shoppers moving in great hurry, each trying to outperform everyone else. must think twice before visiting but can't as no alternate store nearby

Just visited asda , was so annoyed with the person serving the customer , he was very rude n misbehaving , happed 3rd time , he always says you are new to this place you dont know anything , due to his age he might be near 50 probably asian , i never bothered to complain he dont deserve to be in the customer service area , next time i will make sure to take his name n photo to make a complain to the managment .

Got moaned at by a member of staff for paying for items before 11:00 on a Sunday. Why let customers have access to self check out before 11:00am if customers are not allowed to pay for items before 11:00am?

A Very big spacious store, but staff are so uptight and very judgemental who walks in and leaves the premises.Baskets and trolleys are so filthy and get placed outside the lousy car park which is very hazardous.Prices are very misleading on certain labels as well as written in very light font which makes it so hard to tell what it is.Cashiers don’t have any empty when mistakes are questioned at the till/s.There are so many issues that it’s plain to see, but the stupid management is brushing it under the carpet as if it doesn’t exist.The whole process of the shopping experience goes right out the window.

O.k for local shop plenty there. They can run out of some food especially as some people grab large amounts of baguettes and milks which isnt on really. Lots of choice and prices are better than other stores although on certain days it gets rammed wouldnt say its a great shopping experience, kids in the way, rammed all the time much prefer other stores with less chaos. Have to say the cars are terrible and you end up dodging them.Also terrible experience yesterday. Some bloody weirdo shouted me and came up to me about trolleys where the hell is the security. I have been unwell all year and didn't need the stress. Bloody weirdos there not going again. The trolley system is stupid. I have to get a bus and couldn't push the trolley nearer the stop. My arm was already injured and hurt even more now. I had to push it back to get my token out. Utterly ridiculous just disgraceful. Dodgy place not going again! ?
