So decided to try their BBQ Veg Sausage "hot baguette", after specifically asking one of the guys behind the counter (Farid), if the veg sausage was Vegan. He stated it was Vegan so I ordered it and requested the whole baguette comes vegan. I started to eat the baguette and almost half when I realised they had spread mayo inside it. It tasted funny near the middle where the mayo was which is why I stopped to look into it.The lady that was now behind the counter went to check to see if the mayo was Vegan and said "It doesn't say it's got anything in that vegans can't have. And it's made from egg". I told her Vegans don't eat egg so it's unsuitable for me and they should've double checked.The lady apologised and I asked for a refund, which she gave. She suggested that I should've ordered from her instead and I stated the order was placed with someone behind the counter who should know about dietary requirements and allergies, otherwise they shouldn't be behind the bar. I left very annoyed and angry but nothing else that could be done.There's plenty of other places to get a better baguette so save your money and go elsewhere

Ordered a Full english Breakfast & Fried Egg SandwichStaff were Very Very Rude, Wouldn’t even bring food to us.The women pushed down on the fried egg sandwich and laughed to her male colleague saying it’s flat and was giggling as giving it is (HAD TO GO UP TO THEM AGAIN)Not happy will not recommend ever!!
