Have to say this place has switched over staff and the new staff dont seem bothered, they take forever to make the food, the calzone was delicious but the daddy burger was stale rubbery and the bun seemed old and hard but lucky the calzone was good, overall if I want a daddy burger will go to the original place in Aston, the place is shabby and run down now not the most inviting or pleasant place and staff have no enthusiasm at all, need to work on some customer service. Also they have menus with the old.prices on so ensure you ask them prices dont rely on the menu price and they do not take card.

Just so you know the owners have apparently changed which was quite evident our last two orders consisted of ‘daddy burgers’ where there’s is more taste of bread than of chicken should be called ‘kiddy burger’ to reflect the kids portions. Whoever I spoke to didn’t give a damn about my feedback. You used to be good hence why your were our weekly order!! Hope you read this and fix up customers are what make a business run not your arrogance£7 a meal for a tiny piece of chicken in your burger no thanks

My recent experience at this restaurant left me utterly dismayed. Every dish I received seemed to have been intentionally charred beyond recognition. The bread was practically charcoal, the fries and salad were singed, and the chicken resembled something rescued from a bonfire.

It's a shame that they have the audacity to charge more for such dismal quality. Save your money and appetite by avoiding this place at all costs.

My visit to broadway 2 was a regrettable mistake. The bread was rock-hard, the fries and salad were utterly flavorless, and the chicken tasted like it had been forgotten in a freezer for ages.It's appalling that they'd serve such disgustingly stale and tasteless food. This was beyond disappointing; it was a culinary disaster. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment unless you enjoy eating food that tastes like it's been forgotten and left to rot.
