I wasn't feeling well at all and thought the only food I could stomach was a bean burger and fries so I drove 10 minutes to Burger King Wednesbury. I was given my order within 3 minutes. Never thought of asking if it were freshly cooked and in the car on the way back home I tried the chips, stone cold, took a bite of my burger and it was like eating burnt toast. It became obvious to me this had been sitting inside the electric unit and by the way it had tasted most likely for several hours. Honestly it was totally inedible. I warmed the chips for 1 minute in my microwave and they tasted worse than before. Needless to say it all went in the bin. A waste of £8.27.Vegetarian options: If you have a bean burger make sure it is freshly cooked otherwise it will taste like burnt toast.

Can't really complain, the food was great as usual and we had quite a big order. Sadly the self checkout machine wasn't functioning correctly and we then had to proceed to the cashier to reorder what we'd already submitted. Apart from that, the experience was good.

The ordering screens kept adding items to my order, every time I swiped up or down ?. Thankfully one of the staff let me order at the counter, despite a sign saying ' order on the screens'. Not the first time I've had this issue with Burger King. It gets worse during busy times when the screens slow down. Time it was sorted.A decent burger and fries, despite the issues, and very thoughtful and kind staff ?.Wheelchair accessibility: A few spaces outside and no steps.

We ordered 2 double whopper meals, not cheap at near £10 a meal and discovered they were single whoppers when we got home! Very dissapointing. Half way through eating we thought, are Double whoopers supposed to have 2 burgers!?

It's a public toilet that just happens to sell burgers.
Very busy food is ok. But worse thing is the mens toilets piss all over the floor looks like the toilets are never cleaned and all the hand dryers are

Has to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever ordered from, 3 items missing but I was charged at full price, then they decide for me what burger I should have because they didn’t have the one in stock that I initially ordered, fries missing out of my daughters kids meal and funny enough there was no toy in there for her. Save your money and find another branch.

Visited on January 6th late evening, was absolutely freezing in the branch, so understand why nobody was eating inStore:The service was prompt and branch very clean( possibly because it was freezing and nobody was eating in)The toilets are very dated and would be impossible to keep clean, there was no hand wash in either soap dispenser and the sinks are the absolute smallest (see image)Toilets need a revampFood:The onion rings looked if they had say for a whileThe loaded fries, although very tasty were lukewarm at best and although described as a large portion would only be large to hamsterThe whopper was spot on, visually appealing and tastyI recommend using the app for special offers, with this branch there is plenty of free parking in the retail park with the shops open till late
