Couldn't use touchscreen service points to order the peppercorn chicken tender. Asked lady behind the counter and she said order it here at the t ill so I stood by the till, then kept standing by the till for just under 10 minutes.Eventually she came over with an apology for taking so long (the were already an additional preorders in front of me now) only to tell me I don't have that available. Despite specifically mentioning that when I asked where I could order it.Thanks for wasting my time. Burger king.Thanks a lot for wasting my time

Ordered food at 6.30 for delivery and it arrived at 8.30!!! Whist food was hot and delicious I won’t be ordering for delivery

I suggest His Majesty, the Burger King, invests more heavily in romantic and sensual surroundings for the services of his famous German sandwiches. While my husband and I found the food quite sumtuous, we were dismayed by the stark and spartan nature of the dining room. Quite austere in fact! May I suggest some snuggly booths, some velvet chaise lounges, some secluded alcoves suitable for a couple seeking culinary delights?Dietary restrictions: Vegan options

Shocking service from the start. Half the screens are on the blink, the place was dirty and staff had no urgency to get customers food out, instead chatting about their evening plans to each other. People waiting 20+ mins for their food with minimal orders. Swerve this place.

First time trying plant based bakon double cheese meal, upgraded to large meal. Got back to the car - portion of chips were tiny and the burger had no cheese. We took it back, they added the cheese without explanation or apology for why it wasn’t there. Then we ate a cold burger. For the cost (flipping expensive!) I’d expect more. Wont stop there again.

Very dirty. All of the tables were filthy with food and left over rubbish, including the chairs and floor. Other people were struggling to find somewhere to sit because the tables needed more than a quick wipe down. My burger was cold and the staff didn't say a word when serving me. The toilets at this service station were also appalling. I know they weren't specifically Burger King's, but I was disgusted at how dirty they were in every way.

I had to wait 16 minutes to get my food. Lots of other people were waiting too. The staff had no sense of urgency at all. Stopping to talk to their friends and hand out free drinks to other people from the other shops. No apology or recognition of time waiting either. Won't be stopping here again.

Lifeless staff,poor and rude service. Cold food. Every table littered with rubbish with no sign of anyone to clean it up. Shocking.
