Booked for a catch up dinner with a friend, service was excellent & we didn’t have to wait long for each course or drinks. The food was lovely, had excellent service in the past and even better now. Staff were professional and very friendly, especially Che who served us that evening.

I came here with two friends as they were visiting the city. Beatrice was extremely attentive and friendly, my friends were delighted with the food and service. I’m happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend it and my friends will be returning whenever in town.

We had a lovely evening at Malmaison for my birthday. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming and our server Che’ went above and beyond to make it a very special birthday meal. The food was delicious and Che’ was very attentive making sure we had drinks and everything we needed. Thank you for the birthday pudding, that made my night!

Had the most gorgeous meal at malmaison in Birmingham. The food was gorgeous but raj, our server, made it so special and was so lovely . He is a real asset to malmaison and we can’t thank him enough. Can really recommend the whole experience thank you

We visited Malmaison for their Christmas package, which was absolutely fantastic. Included in the package was dinner on Christmas Eve, an amazing Christmas day lunch, and brunch on boxing day. Not only was the food phenomenal, but the staff were amazing and an absolute credit to both Malmaison and the hospitality industry. Christmas Eve, we were served by Beatrice, who was friendly, chatting, super attentive, and an absolute delight. On Christmas day, Eka was our server, and I couldn't believe how happy and cheerful he was. He was genuinely a wonderful part of our Christmas day and couldn't do enough for us. During boxing day, we were served by Sonny, who again was super helpful and gave us a great experience and the perfect end to a lovely stay. I can not recommend Malmaison and the Christmas package enough, but it really was made by the staff. Thank you so much to everyone!

Booked Malmaison Birmingham for a Christmas package, which included Christmas Day lunch in Chez Mal. Thiago, our waiter for the afternoon, was very attentive throughout. He gave good recommendations for wine to accompany our meal and added a touch of humour each time he appeared with the next course! Food was mostly tasty and plentiful and the atmosphere was festive. Salmon starter lacked flavour and would have appreciated more than one pig in blanket with the turkey, but other than that, the food was good. The restaurant was busy but the food and service were great throughout.
Raj was amazing made our Christmas Day such a lovely experience! Would definitely come back here again!
