Best fish and chips ever. I never go anywhere else. Portion size is excellent value for money but more importantly tastes so good and no dripping oil so doesnt leave you feeling guilty after indulging. Great people delivering service with a smile, very friendly and caring.

With food prices soaring and people careful with disposable cash; Chip Stop makes a great choice.Prices and portions are fantastic. For doner meat and chips (it comes as a set price £6:00) it came as a large! Other chippies with the same price or more are less generous with meat portions.The menu is short and easy to choose from; only cooking food that sells well and fresh to order.As soon as you enter, you feel that it’s family run and staff very welcoming.If fast food is what you want or expect (food quickly cooked or food left on the heater for ages); then this place isn’t one of them.You will have to wait for 5-10mins as it’s always busy and busy with orders.Walk ins are still available and the lady who serves you is very knowledgeable and friendly. She will tell you straight away how long it will take. Food is constantly being cooked fresh.I always judge places by have many customers are there.There is ample spaces for parking, you will find cars parked and waiting with customers waiting patiently inside.Is the waiting worth it?Definitely and fantastic monetary value. 9/10

The new staff are the most miserable, ignorant employees.The woman has no excuse.Just one of them nasty people.About 10 times been served by her now and every time I feel like I've done her a wrong.Not nice at all.Rude.Abrupt.Sarcastic.Ignorant.I Could go on.
