Amazing food and service! The staff are very efficient even when it is busy. I had dietary requirements and the staff were kind enough to make amendments.The food is high quality and very good. Definitely a 5 stars.

Poor system parking made to wait 15 mins to even get seen then 30 mins wait I get it it’s Friday but you can see owners/ management just sitting around ….. I told him bro is it warm he said yes when I open it cold this is second time it upsets me when you actually tell them make sure it’s warm . No good don’t waist ur money £36 for 2 milk cake and 12 donuts it’s rip off

Doughnuts were tasty. Karak tea was inedible very bitter did not taste like it was freshly made. I messaged to complain about the tea no response was made hence I am unsatisfied with the customer service.

This place is over priced. Cant mix donuts have to get them in pairs. Had to wait like 40 mins for 6 donuts. Tea was just too rich. Wouldnt go here again.

It’s 1:15 in the morning and there is one car in front of me. I have been waiting in the queue for the last 26 minutes.All I ordered was four doughnuts and two cans of drinks.Not tried the food yet (as we are still patiently waiting) but I wish I had never come.
Last night I visited chaaye pani. The team of chaaye pani is very friendly.Thay take order from parking car and also serve food in car. We don,t need to go outside.The food quality ummmmmah.The service of chaaye pani is very excellent. I recommend, You have to visit the chaaye pani.

Donuts were delicious warm and fresh for a reasonable price. Karak chai wasn’t all that would give it a 3 out of 5 needs to be a bit more stronger. Although there was no strawberries they gave us a £1 discount.

Asked if I wanted caramelised onions. I asked does the burger come with onions, he told me no. Who has ever heard of a burger not including onions? So I said, how much for the caramelised onions? He said £1.00 I said okay. I paid extra for caramelised onions which were not included on the burger. Sloppy burger, no caramelised onions, very little chips and a can of pop all for almost £9. Never again!
