If I could put 0 I would I ordered through Uber eats the other night. Food was disgusting the bread was greasy, all food cold and not eatable. Chips hard and disgusting. Even worse then the food is the male workers attitude today my cousin ordered through their app where there was no options to add additions such as chilli source so she rang to ask to add it. The customer service was absolutely shocking had my cousin me in tears literally shouting at her over asking for one burger to be plain and to add chilli on another. Never been treated like this by any restaurant or customer service staff in my life. No manners and no people skills, I hope the calls are recorded so action can be taken. Avoid at all costs.

This is literally the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. The outside was not crispy at all and so fking wet it was not fresh they didn’t even warm it up. Chips was chips there’s nothing to expect. Pity, shame of them as a fast food restaurant I have no word to say.

The batter on the chicken could be better very hard like a rock a little over battered… the guy who served was rude like he was doing me a favour by serving me as a customer we pay the wages so it’s us who do Dixy Chicken a favour by going to eat there.. never again I will go there and definitely customer service the staff need to be trained on

Food generally has is alright, but the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Will not be going back ever again because of the rude men who shout at you to leave before the shop has even closed, just because they feel like it.

We went there for lunch it was really busy and the service was slow but the food was made fresh and gave us extras for the wait, but I still would come back for the food is a decent place.
