Ordered a sizzler burger but got the classic fillet instead with chilli sauce on it, I’ve never had that anywhere, sizzler burger has a sizzler coating on and it a little spicy to the touch.
Told the lady working here that my burger isn’t sizzler, she got this is how it is here.

Food quality and service has dropped. I ordered 2 pc chicken and chips. They overcharged me and replied they cant change it on their system?? Used to be good before, shame standards and customer service has dropped. Looks like a common theme of bad service with the other reviews.

They sold us extra food which we didn't order & found out after delivery & both of us got food poisoning, gave them a chance to address it but they don't care
They take 25 min just for one meal and there’s nobody at shop for more orders they are just talking with one another there is nothing else then that really disappointed really disappointed 0 point

Dishonest people! Ordered a grill chicken wrap meal. What did I get, fried chicken in a wrap which was slightly grilled. I’ve paid for grilled chicken! Even with a meal they’re asking me to pay extra for some sauce. Ridiculous. By the way the wrap was mostly lettuce.

I placed an order today with them on just & paid for it. But they never delivered my food when called the restaurant the was being rude while talking she cut the phone on me. When again she said it’s on the the way but never delivered my order that I placed & paid for. Will never order again from here ever again. They aren’t paying my money back either that I worked hard for.
