I order a food he gave me time 45 minutes when I call him back after 1 hour 15 minutes he said I put chicken on the grill now and it will take more half an hour it’s really upset meIt’s worst costumer service the guys on the call he was really rude.

The worst customer service ever the guy on the still was so rude it’s unbelievable how Dixie management is allowing this guy to work there. Ordered to chicken fillets pointing out which two fillets I want he took one and the other was already made when asked he replied “ does it matter where I got the other fillet from” unbelievable service never again. Wake up management

This place is absolutely RUBBISH! Burger bun is cold and fries so hard and cold. They have limited spices and should close it down or improve its service. WORST EXPERIENCE!

Not very hygienic at all it was not busy yet the shop looks messy at least clean up while you have a break the young lady serving us messing with her lipsthen without washing her hands decided to carry on touching the food absolutely disgusting I didn't end up eating anything I won't be coming back again

Absolutely rubbish. I gave them 3 chances altogether but still trash. First mistake items were missing and rang up and told them (a while ago). They said we'll sort you out on your next order and nothing happened cz they didn't remember. Then second mistake I went in person to order on a separate occasion. The guy totally not interested in serving me. Making me wait while his having a conversation with another worker. When he finally asked me what I wanted Mid conversation he keeps rudely still talking instead of concentrating. Keeps looking back talking and I got so fed up I said forget it. And walked out. Third chance now today I rang up to order. This guy is so distracted his made me repeat so many times on the phone because he keeps saying 1 second. Then the options on the website aren't the same or the prices. So I said okay fine just do the one without the extra burgers then. He took my address and everything and 1hr 30mins later still no food??? I phoned up he says I thought you said you'll call me back but you never so I cancelled the order. Eh...hello its cz you were too distracted in the first place to take my order that's why you confusing conversations. Made my kids wait for nothing. How disappointing. I always give 3 chances before boycotting a place but seriously some people shouldn't work on phones or front desk if they having conversations and can't be bothered to take the money coming in. Rubbish, rude and frustrating customer service.
