So I went to my local dixys earlier today and ordered a pretty simple meal, which if I must add they didnt get right. It was a classic sizzler burger meal. I asked for extra lettuce and sauce and they gave me the sauce in a tub even though I asked them to add it in the burger… Furthermore, when I told the man who served me he got it wrong, he looked at me in disgust and told me to order another one, expecting me to pay for another meal. The next day, I went back and ordered a 20 wing bucket for my family. It all went well until I arrived home, and I realised there were 19 wings. Immediately, I rushed back to the dixys and asked for my singular wing, WHICH I must say they didn’t provide me with. Overall experience : average food but horrible customer service.Parking: Bad, no spaces, horrible.Kid-friendliness: The man who served me screamed at my child multiple times.

Ordered the loaded box which contained a burger and wings. The chicken inside the burger was the saltiest I’ve ever had. Chips were soggy and floppy. Wings had too much batter. Won’t be ordering from here again.

One of the worst Dixy chicken on Aston Lane.Today I went to pick up an order which I received from Uber Eats.I waited 45 minutes and during those 45 minutes I’ve asked about 7 times what’s happening with the order one of the fat boy said it’s ready and just packing it after 15 minutes he said that same thing. There’s another skinny abit tall boy I asked him about 3 times as well he said the same thing as the fat boy. I waited 45 minutes in total but unfortunately they wouldn’t prepare the food for me. I cancelled the order and moved on to another order. I could have delivered 2 or 3 orders during those 45 mins. I’m paying £2.30, for delivery insurance and waiting 45 mins is not worthy for me.Those people doesn’t care about you they only care about themselves.The way people working in this restaurant it’s unacceptable and if this continues the restaurant will be closing down.

This Dixy does the sizzler wings the best and at a decent price. It's s also recommended to have the Peri fries ? because the normal fries aren't all that. Regardless decent Takeaway for a quick munch.

Staff members claim food is halal . However when asked about any proof of halal meat served they ain't got no clue . I've asked couple of staff members!!!!! . No signs indicating halal food on menu . Be careful before ordering.
