My order was messed up. A few items were missing. Only realised when I got home, which is 35 minutes away. Called the shop and, without hesitation, agreed to give the missing items. The food was enjoyable.

I went there yesterday and the customer service was attrocious they don’t treat you like a customer I had to wait 1 hour for 2 burger meals they had no salt to put on my fries there was a horrible stench coming from the kitchen I think the kitchen is infested with rats and my burger didn’t even come out properly I don’t understand how these people are still in business they should be shut down also I ordered 6 wings and the wings came rock hard and stale I would not recommend this place to no one enter at your own risk

Wanted chicken bites - ended up with rockhard popcorn chicken and my sizzler burger had 2 strips plonked on top each other like i wasnt gona notice anyways fries were ok but no salt. 1 star to the fries - Furthermore worker was tryna scam a drunk guy over £2.50 meal - thats just wild - wont be going again

WORST PLACE EVER!! I ordered from here via their website on food hub, ordering was still open so I went ahead only to get a phone call 2 mins after placing the order and paying to say we can’t deliver as we have no drivers, they said you can come and pick up or I can cancel it and issue a refund. I said I can’t collect so just cancel. This was on the 30 Nov, it’s now January and after multiple phone calls to the branch and the manager not listening to the staff after being told about the situation numerous times I am still awaiting a refund! This is absolutely ridiculous customer service and holding on to someone’s rightful money! Doesn’t matter about the amount it’s the principle to issue a refund! Let’s see if I get a reply now.

Had the worst experience ever! We ordered on uber eats, the expected delivery was at 8:50 pm but we received it at 9:50 pm. Just ridiculous. It wasn't the delivery driver's fault, they took forever to prepare .The management are least concerned about customers, asked to speak to the manager the guy on the phone but manager didn't speak. we will never order again, plus the food quality isnt good at all and the quantity isnt satisfactory. Just waste of £20??

I ordered grilled burger and it was beyond expectation superb nice hot taste chicken was really well done and the balance of spices is great. highly recommended. Staff is really nice.

I ordered for delivery then was expecting the food to arrive so i called the shop and they said it will come in a few mins ...however I heard them shouting at the delivery driver as he took a different route to deliver 30 mins past and food arrived but was stone cold chips were soggy and the drink warm so that tells me that this food had been made some while ago .. i addressed the issues to the shop for a refund however he was begging to make new food.Vegetarian options: no
