This is the best dominos branch in Birmingham. Staff are always so friendly and kind. If they make a mistake they quickly rectify it. I’ve been buying weekly from this branch for nearly 2 years now. Huge delay in getting food over what seemed to be a mix up over a garlic pizza bread. Wait time was 10 minutes over maximum suggested time when ordering online (tracker had said food was ready 15 minutes before my food was actually ready). Garlic pizza bread didn't have an event spread if toppings, but pizza was nice, if a little cold after sitting on the side for a while...

Dominos has made most of the offers for collection only !! So my last trip was to the shop, order was ready on time but they didn't have the we ordered & paid. We only realised after reaching home ?

Used to love this dominos. Lately, it's been absolutely terrible.We ordered a pizza and paid for large dips on the side. When the pizza arrived, they sent a small dip so we called them to ask for the right ones. They said they'd deliver the dips in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, nothing arrived so we decided to start eating. As we took a bite we realized they had used the wrong sauce on both pizzas, so we tried to call them again (at least 25 times, no exaggeration). Nobody answered, the right dips never came. Complete waste of money and awful customer service.

Friend had an epileptic fit in this place and the workers couldn't care less. Its sad to see 0 empathy, not even asking if he is ok after convulsing on the floor. If there was anyone trained in first aid on shift they just chose to not help. Only person who offered to call an ambulance was another customer.Also, they burned the cookies
Have ordered a couple of times now from the cotteridge branch alls been good but last night things went astray BUT there customer service response was superb and more than I was expecting. So a SUPER SHOUT OUT to the cotteridge team and a very satisfied customer.

Will never be using these again. Food didnt turn up. Went to the store to find out where it was, Nobody knew where the driver was and told me no refund for online orders until the manager rings after closing. Ok ring me and cancel my order.3hrs later cold open pizzas turn up at my door! Nah mate go away! And i STILL havent heard off the manager for my £45 refund.What a sham of an franchise for an establishment so well known. I will get my refund 1 way or another.

Ordered at 7pm, went to the store at 9:30pm roughly to be told driver was out with the order which accordingto theirtrackin app it had been put for delivery for an hour (i live 5mins drive from the store max), they tried to call him with no answer. Told the manager I wanted a refund to be told I have to wait until closing for them to call me to arrange the refund as it was an online purchase. No call happened, however a delivery driver turned up oblivious at around 10:30pm with open boxes and stone cold food.Very, very unhappy.Won't use this branch again, still awaiting refund.
