Ordered a takeaway for QE took 1 hour and 20 mins. When I phoned to complain and ask for a refund the lady hung up on me. To keep fobbing your customers off by saying the driver will be there in 10 minutes is not acceptable. If you can’t deliver in the time you say don’t take peoples order.

Tastiest pizza available but service has been consistently slipping for a few months now, which is a shame. Deliveries have been taking much longer (which would be okay if not for the tracker app blatantly faking the tracking but then claiming the pizza has been delivered, making me worry it's been delivered to the wrong place or something), but everyone's short staffed at the moment so I get it. However I received a spicy meatball pizza tonight with no meatballs on it. How does that happen?? After waiting for 10 minutes in store too because the tracker lied, again. Please bring the standards back up.

Staff at this location act like they're phasing out of 50 different planes of existence. They never remember your order number and they often forget to give you your order. Basically have to let my pizza get cold because of incompetence every time I've been here. I just don't understand.. they have all the info they need on the screen next to them...One time I was asked to confirm my name to pick up my order like 4 times because the guy didn't trust me?! Someone in the back who saw me place the order earlier kept telling him that I was the right person, but this guy insisted on being the bloody pizza police. What do you want me to do next...show you my ID? Was a pretty unnecessary situation.Pizza is good. Just don't expect good or quick service from this location.

Took ages to deliver, cause apparently they were short staffed, and then the pizza was missing a topping. So it was a lovely cold Chick’n Winner without the Chick’n and the winner.Vegetarian options: Soya protein if they remember to put it on the pizza

The lady that served me has poor customer service. She got my order wrong had the first tkme to walk all the way back to rectify it . Thankfully the guy that worked there comped my pizza. However once I got to my friends house , because I didn’t double check my BBQ wings I realised the wings look like someone just squirted some bbq on some of them. I love dominoes BBQ wings best wings out there but this was just disgraceful. I’m not from Birmingham I came to visit and I’m just Uber disappointed by the quality of service.
