I booked Edwards for my mums 80th Birthday and can honestly say it was amazing. I pre ordered afternoon tea. Nothing was too much bother for them they sorted a table for 8 in the corner which we were allowed to decorate. My mum thoroughly enjoyed it along with friends and family. A big shout out to Natasha who was backwards and forwards with refills and anything else we needed Thank YOU.

Why one star! Where do I start. Four things. 1.On entering this empty restaurant the one member of staff was sweeping the floor. This was obviously much more important than engaging with customers and we were made to wait until the floor was clear. 2. Eventually when we ordered from the menu our fisrt choice wasn't available. 3. Nor was there any decaf coffee or tea (these were on the menu). 4. This conversation had to conducted with having to shout over someone else's horrible choice of very loud music. We left and spent our £20 somewhere else. Never again. Such a shame, this used to be such a nice place.

My husband and I had a afternoon tea today at Edwards restaurant Erdington and the staff were very pleasant,attentive& helpful. Very pleasant ambience.The food was very fresh good choice and plenty. On leaving because my husband does not eat cheese they replaced that with sausage rolls but they handed me a box with slices if quiche I thought that was a lovely gesture. We can recommend it to be tried, we will returnThank you Edwards staff you made our visit very pleasant

Not recommendedAt £33 we had 4 finger sandwiches on dry bread! 6 tiny cakes with toppings which our 9 year old child rejected! 2 cups of tea so strong it was undrinkable, more like gravy! quality rating 0/10. @ £33 what a rip off.
