Poor food, very slowly service, overpriced.The quinoa salad was almost without quinoa. Chiken and burger tasteless and dried.The table wasn’t clean at all. And we waited for 50 min for the food.

They've recently had a make over and it looks lovely. The staff are upbeat and friendly. Although pricey (it's a hotel, what do you expect?), they have a decent selection of drinks and the pasta carbonara is large and very tasty!

Attending a convention at the hotel and the staff have been fantastic. Dealing with this many people must be stressful, but they have handled it with friendly professionalism. They were especially helpful with food allergies, finding an alternative for my husband's lactose intolerance. They even kept their cool when I managed to drop the card terminal on the floor! Add a lovely atmosphere and tasty food and this was a definite winner for us.
