The place is like a university sports site, with a thousand TVs with different sports and events and promotions around it. The food, classic English and not of high quality but it was good, the portions somewhat small but acceptable. Price not very expensive. University area... far from the center. Curious to go and visit!

Disappointed. Bristol pear or soak is the better option!! ?

As a student pub it really does the simple things well. It has good table service, plenty of room for large groups, and a nice place to simply vibe with a pint.

Good local food with variety of foods to choose from but waiting time is 35 mins and kitchen closes early.Vegetarian options: Have vegan menu to choose from.Kid-friendliness: Kid size meals as well

A very beautiful pub with lots of space. The menu is diverse and ranges from the classic Fish and Chips to steaks. The food is good for the price and the selection of beer is also nice.Great place in Selly Oak.

A few of us went here from work following Christmas jumper day, the staff were lovely, we were brought complimentary santa hats and crackers which really made our evening. The music was loud but very festive and we enjoyed it. There was sport on tv, not really my thing but having a drink and a good laugh was great and we had a lovely evening. I was worried it would be just students but it was a great evening out which we will be doing again. Next time we will have a meal as they came out looking very tasty to other tables. Thank you to the staff for making it a lovely evening.
Food, Drinks, sports, 16-Televisions. Beer garden, friendly & welcoming. 5 star Beer & Food rating.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian & vegan options tasty & available.Kid-friendliness: Children welcome until 8pm.Wheelchair accessibility: Staff always happy to assist. No step’s, W/C access

Poor service. Poor atmosphere. Best to visit the Bristol pear or the soak. Macdonald's is only up the road. Since current management place has home downhill.

Long queues, no cocktails, poor service. Dirty tables, dirty toilets. Lazy staff. Poor customer service.

Student pub with a decent enough menu. Very noisy with sports channel blaring at all times meaning conversation is difficult. Staff all seem friendly.
