I have visited many times with good services until recently I have been served by the same impolite woman twice who kept murmuring and teaching how should I act. I believe she’s the supervisor as she’s keeping yelling to other staffs and customers. I hope the management team can take some action before it goes worse.

I have used this branch for many years now and I cannot believe that it gets any poor reviews. It is a very busy store at times and all of the staff without exception will put themselves out to ensure that the experience is a good one. Being as busy as they are some people may occasionally get served out of turn but with customers jumping in and out of the queue this is not the fault of the staff.In Particular, Rachel whom I believe is a supervisor runs this place exceptionally and is always willing and ready to help .Well done guys !!

I popped in for some lattes recently and my elderly mother accidentally knocked them over in the car. I returned for two more within minutes and casually mentioned what had happened. Both Neelam and Dante went above and beyond to help me by providing me with tissues, re assurance, outstanding service and they even happily replaced my lattes.5***** these two are a true asset to this store.

This store is one of the best Greggs I’ve been to, I come here daily due to working down the road and I’ve gotten to know every staff member that works there, exceptional service everyday with no problems from any of them and they always help and answer questions I ask (even when there annoying questions lol) I do feel for them as they always having to deal with shoplifters and abuse of a lot of customers and I would give them a pay rise! howerever thank you for the great food and service everytime.

The rude lady everyone is talking about her name is Rachel... very rude and with attitude. Sounds like someone that comes to work miserably. Today I lost my calm with her and had to tell her and put her in her place if anyone was at the shop today17.01.24 it was me . Anytime I go in there she's very rude. Gregg headquarter need to investigate this women as she's not running your business properly .

I use this greggs all the time and the staff are great except for this one woman who I believe is a supervisor. Every time I’m served by her, she gives me such attitude and is just extremely rude. No customer service skills at all. It’s like she’s annoyed that she has to serve u, I leave feeling confused every time.

Absolutely shocking, purchased a bacon sausage bap with cappuccino There was 1 small sausage and 1 slice of bacon. Service was frosty at best,, so much for service with a smile Worst bap ever, day light robbery Just under £4, dry tasteless breakfast

The lady working there is rude every-time i go don’t know what’s her problem with my skin color or anything else. But personally I didn’t like it. I ask one of the staff something she answered me and ask that guy to concentrate to serve customer only rather giving my answer and ignored me. She answered very rudely and that wasn’t even my question that she answered. She didn’t let me ask again. I am not going there again. The service is very disappointing. Before also when i went there she ignored me totally and behaved rudely at that time i was thinking may be because it’s rush time though only there was 2 customers after me. But this time i felt that and left me no other option without giving this review.
