Depressing customer services from Michelle, another lady tried telling me that I should be waiting outside but they had 5 customers already in, one wasn't even ordering. Strange, won't be visiting my local Greg's again.

Keep clear.! ... Covid rules ignored by staff.\\nSunday morning 10th Jan..... waited in car park as I am shielding and someone delivers my shopping to car boot.\\nWatched in disbelief as customer after customer waltzed in with no masks on or any social distancing !!!.... even a policeman (who went in as a customer, wearing a mask) saw this and said nothing.!.… for gods sake.. People's lives are at risk... Covid safe please!

Worst Gregg's in Birmingham. Anything with meat in it is never warm. Was told they don't cook more than one batch of products with meat in because of it being a high Muslim area. Makes no sense. Cook less meat products, more often. Avoid.
